Tatiana Maslany Exits Perry Mason; Will Not Return as Sister Alice

Tatiana Maslany is saying goodbye to HBO’s Perry Mason series.

The 35-year-old star will not return as Sister Alice in the upcoming second season, TV Line reports.

A rep from the network also added that the character’s arc ended with the finale of season one.

Perry Mason‘s EP, Susan Downey, opened up about Sister Alice and her story, saying that “what’s always great is you build these characters in Season 1… there are some of these characters where you come away and you go, ‘We’ve got to find a way to get them into Season 2.’”

“There are going to be new arenas that we want to play with, and whether or not she ends up on this next leg of the journey or maybe comes back even further down the road, I think it remains to be seen.”

Tatiana can next be seen in Marvel’s She-Hulk series.
