'Irregulars' Cancelled at Netflix After Only 1 Season

The Irregulars has been officially cancelled by Netflix after only one season on the streaming service, according to Deadline.

Here’s a synopsis of the show: Set in Victorian London, the series follows a gang of troubled street teens who are manipulated into solving crimes for the sinister Doctor Watson and his mysterious business partner, the elusive Sherlock Holmes. As the crimes take on a horrifying supernatural edge and a dark power emerges, it’ll be up to the Irregulars to come together to save not only London but the entire world.

You’ll still be able to stream season one on Netflix.

As the crimes they’re investigating become more demonic and supernatural in nature, it’s up to the Irregulars to come together and save not only London but the entire world.

The show stars Thaddea Graham, Darci Shaw, Jojo Macari, McKell David, Sheila Atim, Mark Hugh-Williams, Harrison Osterfield, and Clarke Peters. Royce Pierreson will play Watson and Henry Lloyd-Hughes plays Sherlock.

The Irregulars debuts on Netflix March 26th.

Netflix's 'The Irregulars' Renewed For Season Two Before Season One Even Premieres!

Netflix has already renewed its upcoming series, The Irregulars, for a second season!

The news comes weeks before the first season is set to premiere on the streaming service, according to What’s On Netflix.

The site reports that the show’s filming on the first season was halted throughout the course of the pandemic but returned to wrap filming between August and September 2020.
