Tom Arnold and Ashley Groussman are officially divorced.

Over a year after it was first announced that the couple had split, the 61-year-old actor and his ex’s dissolution of marriage was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court last week, ET reported on Tuesday (July 21).

The pair listed January 1, 2019, as their date of separation according to the court documents, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. They will have joint custody of their children, 7-year-old son Jax and 4-year-old daughter Quinn. They will also be splitting time during the week and holidays evenly.

Tom was ordered to pay Ashley $4,383 in spousal support per month until he turns 65, and $2,617 in child support per month until their children turn 18. He will also pay “50 percent of the net income from ‘all right, title and interest in 12 intellectual properties relating to underlying works which were created during the marriage,’ including NCIS, Trailer Park Boys, Hard Breakers and more,” according to the outlet.

Tom Arnold has announced that he and wife Ashley Groussman have split after nearly 10 years of marriage.

The 55-year-old actor opened up to Us Weekly about the split and revealed that Ashley has moved out of their home.

“It’s a long time coming and we have been together for almost 11 years. And very grateful. I have many good years. I have my children because my wife,” Tom told the outlet.

“She has one life and she gets to live it exactly the way … The same thing with everybody. And I think it’s hard,” Tom continued. “Sometimes in our society people put things on. Especially women, they can feel guilty. … And I kept saying, ‘Hey, listen. … You have done everything. We’ve been together. You’ve been amazing. There doesn’t have to be a reason. There doesn’t have to be a bad guy.’”

“For the last couple years, couple three years, it’s been very unusual in the house,” Tom said. “But my kids and I have a whole life, a wonderful life. I’ve been telling my wife, ‘It’s OK. Just do whatever you gotta do.’ So, she moved out.”

Tom Arnold and producer Mark Burnett reportedly got into a fight while arriving to a pre-Emmys party on Sunday evening (September 16) in Los Angeles.

If you don’t know, Tom was once a contestant on the Donald Trump-hosted Celebrity Apprentice, which Mark produced. Arnold has been publicly calling out Mark for not releasing any tapes and outtakes that may have Trump allegedly using racial slurs or making profane statements.

Both men arrived at the event, and sources tell Variety that while they’re unclear as to who started the fight, there was shoving.

Tom tweeted about the event, and then replied to Mark‘s wife Roma Downey on Twitter as well.

Tom has a new reality series, The Hunt for the Trump Tapes, premiering tomorrow on Viceland.

The 59-year-old actor made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday night (August 15).

During his appearance, Tom talked about his thirty-year relationship with Trump, the many terrible things that he believes Trump has said on tape, his quest to find those tapes and expose Trump, and the infamous Russia tapes.

“I’ve known the guy thirty years…unfortunately, I know everything,” he said. “I have a history with this guy.”

Tom Arnold is speaking out about ex-wife Roseanne Barr‘s show, Roseanne, getting canceled following her latest racist tweet scandal.

The 59-year-old actor opened up in an interview with THR on Wednesday (May 30).

“It had to happen. And I am going to tell you the truth, she wanted it to happen, if you saw how her tweets escalated this weekend. If it hadn’t happened yesterday, this season would have been so awful for everyone every day because she would have felt like she was [being] taken advantage [of], just like when I left the show.”

“ABC lost maybe $1 billion from this; this show was grinding out money hand over fist and they lost it all because somebody didn’t say ‘Get that phone out of her hand,’” he said of the situation.

“She’s not going to go on TV and say these things. But you put that phone in her hand, and she is a loose cannon,” he added.

Tom also says he recommended taking the phone away from Roseanne during the first season.

“I said look, someone has got to tell her that Donald Trump doesn’t carry his own phone. He may say the tweet, but someone is typing it in…she needed someone to wrangle her in and take her phone.”

“I wrote a whole thing for her a month ago and sent it over [to the crew] that said ‘I am going to take a step back, it was fun at first, but now I can see how much negativity there is out there and people are getting hurt and I am going to take a step back and I am hoping my fans will too.’ And then if her crazy tweets came out, she could point to that and say, ‘But I have taken a step back.’”
