The Walking Dead‘s Tom Payne has announced that he’s engaged to his partner Jennifer Akerman, who is the little sister of actress Malin Akerman!

The 35-year-old actor made the announcement about his engagement to the 29-year-old singer/model on the latest episode of Talking Dead after his character, Jesus, was killed off of The Walking Dead.

“I got the call like, an episode before and I was texting my girlfriend, now fiancée,” he explained about finding out about his character being killed off. Chris Hardwick, host of the show, quickly responded, “Congratulations!”

Tom and Jennifer have been dating since 2013. Congratulations!

The 34-year-old Nashville star and her fellow musical artist stepped out for the event held at Paramount Pictures Studios on Thursday night (August 16) in Hollywood.

Clare went barefoot in a lacy white dress, which she paired with an assortment of jewelry, including shell and crescent moon necklaces, and Brandon wore a star-printed blazer with a buffalo on it.

A crowd of around 300 people enjoyed a special performance by the duo.

Also in attendance were event host and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. actor Clark Gregg, Community‘s Yvette Nicole Brown, Property Brothers‘ Drew Scott and wife Linda Phan, The Walking Dead‘s Tom Payne and Emily Kinney, Dietland‘s Joy Nash, Bones‘ Tamara Taylor, and General Hospital‘s Chloe Lanier.

The event benefited Motion Picture & Television Fund, which is dedicated to raising awareness and creating impact for MPTF and the entertainment industry community that it serves.

Production on season nine began this week and it is expected to premiere in late 2018.

The 42-year-old Modern Family star and the 54-year-old Will & Grace actor teamed up for the event held at The City of West Hollywood Park on Sunday (March 4) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Jesse shared a sweet kiss with his husband Justin Mikita for the cameras, and Eric brought along his wife Janet Holden.

They were also joined by Beauty and the Beast‘s Dan Stevens, The Walking Dead‘s Tom Payne, and more.

Gary Oldman is joined by by wife Gisele Schmidt as they arrive at the Great British Film Reception on Friday night (March 2) at the Brtish Residence in Los Angeles.

The 59-year-old actor stopped by the event honoring the British nominees of the 2018 Oscars alongside Tom Payne, Jane Seymour, Edgar Wright, Andy Serkis, and Camilla Luddington.

At the event, Gary revealed he almost didn’t take on his Oscar-nominated role of Winston Churchill in The Darkest Hour!

Gary shared with Page Six that he nearly turned down the role because Churchill had been played so many times before, but after learning more about the former Prime Minister, he decided to take the role.

“What interested me was to show a side of him that was dynamic and energetic and funny — he wasn’t the curmudgeon we all assumed he was,” Gary said. “You imagine him to be grumpy all the time, and I am sure he sometimes was, but other times he looked like a baby. There was this boyish sweetness to him.”

The three guys were joined by their fellow co-stars Melissa McBride, Khary Payton, Josh McDermitt, Steven Ogg, Austin Amelio, Lennie James, Xander Berkeley, Danai Gurira, Alanna Masterson, Emily Kinney, Ross Marquand, Chandler Riggs, Christian Serratos, Lauren Cohan, Kyla Kenedy, Tom Payne, Seth Gilliam, Katelyn Nacon and Brighton Sharbino.
