Madelaine Petsch is speaking candidly about her split from Travis Mills.

The 26-year-old Riverdale actress opened up about how her break up with the 31-year-old musician impacted her mental health.

“My mental health was at an all time low,” Madelaine shared with Flaunt. “Every day was definitely a challenge and therapy was absolutely key for me to keep sane.”

Madelaine and Travis broke up in February 2020 after three years of dating. After the split, Madelaine turned to therapy, friends, and reading to help her get emotional support.

“My best friend moved in with me and that was a huge game changer for my mental health,” Madelaine said. “I found ways to be creative while staying positive and reading books. I read this book called Vibrate Higher Daily, and it’s basically about how to radiate positivity. And I found more books to help me navigate.”

Madelaine also said that it took her five months into the pandemic to get “back to an okay mental state.”

“I had a lot of anxiety over quarantine, and I felt like without my job and without Riverdale, I didn’t know what my identity was,” Madelaine shared. “I’m saying this because I don’t want anyone to feel like they’re alone. I’m in the same boat and I feel it, and I’m right there with them.”

She continued, “Even though there are days where I was really struggling, just to remember three things that I was grateful for—whether that be the roof over my head, or the food in my mouth—to start and end the day with really changed my mindset.”

Riverdale‘s Madelaine Petsch and her boyfriend of nearly three years, Travis Mills, have reportedly broken up.

The 25-year-old actress and 30-year-old actor have not made an official announcement about this just yet, but fans have been suspecting this news.

The couple sparked rumors that they may have broken up when neither posted on Valentine’s Day, and when Madelaine went solo to attend Oscars after parties.

Madelaine reportedly moved her stuff out of the Los Angeles apartment the two lived in together, sources shared with Us Weekly.

Madelaine and Travis were often long distance as Riverdale films in Vancouver, Canada. Back in September, Travis opened up about navigating through a long distance relationship.

The adorable longtime couple spent the day ringing in the holiday season with Mickey and Minnie Mouse, and Travis was even wearing some cool buffalo check ears.

Halsey rocks a colorful floral dress to the 2019 MTV EMAs!

The 25-year-old “Graveyard” singer – showing off her new red hair – stepped out for the event hosted by Becky G and held at FIBES Conference and Exhibition Centre on Sunday (November 3) in Seville, Spain.

Halsey was joined by singers Niall Horan, Dua Lipa, Mabel, Rosalia, Travis Mills, Nicole Scherzinger, Ava Max, Sofia Reyes, K-pop group NCT 127, models Doutzen Kroes, Joan Smalls, and Rose Bertram, and Dua‘s boyfriend and Anwar Hadid.

Halsey won the awards for Best Pop and Best Look, and she took the stage to perform “Graveyard.” Niall performed “Nice to Meet Ya,” while Dua performed “Don’t Start Now.”

The 26-year-old actor was joined at the event by his Riverdale co-stars Madelaine Petsch and her boyfriend Travis Mills, Camila Mendes and Charles Melton, marking their first event together as a couple after confirming their relationship in October.

Riverdale stars Hart Denton, Casey Cott, Marisol Nichols and Rob Raco also joined their cast mates at the bash.

Guests at the event sipped on Moët & Chandon, the official champagne of the evening.

The couple was joined at the party by Madelaine‘s Riverdale co-star Lili Reinhart (not pictured). They all stopped in Anthropologie’s Snow-Much-Fun holiday gift room, where stars picked fun holiday gifts like bath products, scarves, and more on their way out of the party.

Patrick Schwarzenegger was at the party with his manager Beau Swayze and they enjoyed the See’s candy bar with chocolates like Polar Bear Paws, California Brittle, Scotchmallow, and old time favorite, Milk Bordeaux. Good Girls‘ Retta was also a fan of See’s!

Patrick was also seen munching on Yasso’s Greek frozen yogurt bars, which were served in holiday flavors like Pumpkin Cheesecake, Sugar Cookie and Peppermint Crunch.

Jennifer‘s party always has the best desserts and the Baked By Melissa mini macarons were being eaten up all night long. Garrett Popcorn provided their special flavor of popcorn, Hot Cocoa CaramelCrisp Mix, which is available now for the holidays.

The party is held at Jennifer‘s home each year and the house always looks and smells fantastic! This year, Flowermaid decorated the house with flowers, Rituals provided products to use throughout the house, Alora Ambiance’s diffusers helped make the house smell like the holidays, Mrs. Meyers dressed the bathrooms and kitchen, and Fresh provided their products too.
