Kate Hudson is back on TV!

The 42-year-old actress is returning to TV for the upcoming second season of Apple TV+’s Truth Be Told with star Octavia Spencer.

Kate Hudson and Octavia Spencer are spending another day hard at work on season two of Truth Be Told!

Kate, 41, and Octavia, 50, were seen filming a few scenes at an outdoor restaurant on Wednesday afternoon (December 2) in Marina Del Rey, Calif.

Kate looked cool in a cream-colored turtleneck and matching trousers while Octavia donned a navy blue outfit for their afternoon of filming.

Last week, the co-stars were seen filming a few late night scenes for their Apple TV+ series in Los Angeles.

It was announced several weeks ago that Kate would be joining Octavia in the second season of Truth Be Told.

Variety reports that Kate will play “Micah Keith, a lifestyle guru and longtime friend of Poppy’s as a new case that deeply involves both women unfolds and quickly puts their relationship to the ultimate test.”

Kate Hudson is spending a late night on set of Truth Be Told!

The 41-year-old actress filmed some night scenes for the upcoming second season of the Apple TV+ show on Tuesday (November 24) in Los Angeles.

Kate was spotted wearing a black cardigan over a gray shirt paired with black pants, heels, and sunglasses while she filmed in front of what appeared to be a church.

Earlier in the day, Kate‘s co-star Octavia Spencer was seen wearing a face mask while arriving on set to spend the day filming.

It was announced last month that Kate would be joining the 50-year-old Oscar-winning actress in the second season of Truth Be Told.

Kate Hudson has joined the cast of the Apple TV+ series Truth Be Told for the upcoming second season!

The 41-year-old Oscar-nominated actress was previously a guest star on Glee in season four, but this will be her first series regular role on television.

Octavia Spencer will return for season two as true crime podcaster Poppy Parnell.

Variety reports that Kate will play “Micah Keith, a lifestyle guru and longtime friend of Poppy’s as a new case that deeply involves both women unfolds and quickly puts their relationship to the ultimate test.”

Production on the second season of Truth Be Told is scheduled to begin on October 26 in Los Angeles.
