Netflix's 'Halston' Gets First Look Trailer, New Photos Ahead of Highly Anticipated Debut - Watch Now!

The first trailer for Netflix‘s highly anticipated limited series Halston, based on fashion designer Roy Halston Frowick, just debuted online!

The limited series Halston follows the legendary fashion designer (McGregor), as he leverages his single, invented name into a worldwide fashion empire that’s synonymous with luxury, sex, status and fame, literally defining the era he lives in, 1970’s and ‘80’s New York — until a hostile takeover forces him to battle for control of his most precious asset… the name Halston itself.

Also starring in the series are Krysta Rodriguez as Liza Minnelli, Rebecca Dayan as Elsa Peretti, Bill Pullman as David Mahoney, Gian Franco Rodriguez as Victor Hugo, David Pittu as Joe Eula, Sullivan Jones as Ed Austin, Rory Culkin as Joel Schumacher, Kelly Bishop as Eleanor Lambert, and Vera Farmiga as Adele. The show, produced by Ryan Murphy, will debut on Friday, May 14th.

Netflix Debuts First Look of Ewan McGregor in 'Halston' Series, Plus See More Cast in Costume!

Netflix has shared the first look of Ryan Murphy‘s upcoming Halston limited series starring Ewan McGregor.

The new photos were shared on Friday (April 23), which would have been fashion designer Roy Halston Frowick’s 89th birthday. To mark the occasion, Netflix announced that the new series will be released on May 14.

Along with the show’s key artwork and some stills of Ewan in character, the streamer also shared a set of Warhol-inspired Polaroids featuring the cast, Halston’s entourage.

Vera Farmiga to Star in New Apple Series About Hurricane Katrina

Vera Farmiga is heading back to television in a new limited series for Apple.

The Oscar-nominated actress will star in Five Days at Memorial, which will chronicle “the first five days in a New Orleans, LA, hospital after Hurricane Katrina made landfall. When the floodwaters rose, the power failed, and the heat climbed, exhausted caregivers were forced to make life-and-death decisions that haunted them for years to come.”

Vera will be playing the role of Dr. Anna Pou.

The series is based on the acclaimed non-fiction novel by Sheri Fink and it’s being written for television by 12 Years a Slave‘s John Ridley and Lost‘s Carlton Cuse, who will also serve as directors and executive producers.

Vera is best known for her work in movies like Up in the Air and The Conjuring, as well as television shows like Bates Motel and When They See Us. She is currently filming the upcoming Marvel series Hawkeye and we have some photos from set!

Vera Farmiga & Tony Dalton Spotted on 'Hawkeye' Set for First Time - See Photos!

We have the first photos of Vera Farmiga and Tony Dalton on the set of the upcoming Marvel and Disney+ series Hawkeye!

The co-stars were spotted filming a scene at the Lotte New York Palace on Thursday night (December 10) in New York City.

Vera and Tony were both dressed up to go to a red carpet gala and it looks like it may have been a Christmas party scene based on all the decorations. Hailee Steinfeld, who is playing Kate Bishop, was also spotted on set.

Vera is playing Eleanor Bishop, the mother of Hailee‘s character, while Tony is playing Jack Duquesne, who is believed to be a take on an early mentor to Hawkeye.

Jeremy Renner was seen in his tuxedo with Hailee the night before while filming.
