Kristen Bell and Kirby Howell-Baptiste are teaming up for a new comedy!

The 40-year-old The Good Place actress and the 34-year-old Cruella actress play scamming, extreme couponers in the new movie Queenpins.

Directed and written by Aron Gaudet and Gita Pullapilly, and inspired by a true story, Queenpins about “a bored and frustrated suburban homemaker, Connie (Bell) and her best pal JoJo (Howell-Baptiste), a vlogger with dreams, who turn a hobby into a multi-million dollar counterfeit coupon caper. On the trail to total coupon dominance, a hapless Loss Prevention Officer (Hauser) from the local supermarket chain joins forces with a determined U.S. Postal Inspector (Vaughn) in hot pursuit of these newly-minted ‘Queenpins’ of pink collar crime.”

'Freaky' Leads at the U.S. Movie Theaters - See the Box Office Numbers

Freaky is on top of the box office.

The Vince Vaughn and Kathryn Newton film stayed on top of the sleepy U.S. box office with $1.2 million over the weekend, Variety reported Sunday (November 22).

Freaky led in the previous week as well, taking in an overall $5.6 million in its first 10 days.

“With the continuing surge of the virus this fall, another round of lockdowns and curfews are impacting theaters on a regional basis. Business is down sharply from last weekend as a result of temporary closures, even for films that had proven to hold quite well over the past few months. While the encouraging news of vaccines on the horizon remains a light at the end of the tunnel for the industry, this weekend’s dip at the box office is an expected reminder of the endurance that will be required to push through a very challenging holiday and winter season,” said Box Office Pro’s Shawn Robbins.

Here’s a plot summary: Seventeen-year-old Millie Kessler (Newton) is just trying to survive the bloodthirsty halls of Blissfield High and the cruelty of the popular crowd. But when she becomes the newest target of The Butcher (Vaughn), her town’s infamous serial killer, her senior year becomes the least of her worries. When The Butcher’s mystical ancient dagger causes him and Millie to wake up in each other’s bodies, Millie learns that she has just 24 hours to get her body back before the switch becomes permanent and she’s trapped in the form of a middle-aged maniac forever. The only problem is she now looks like a towering psychopath who’s the target of a city-wide manhunt while The Butcher looks like her and has brought his appetite for carnage to Homecoming. With some help from her friends—ultra-woke Nyla (Celeste O’Connor), ultra-fabulous Joshua (Misha Osherovich) and her crush Booker (Uriah Shelton)—Millie races against the clock to reverse the curse while The Butcher discovers that having a female teen body is the perfect cover for a little Homecoming killing spree.

Disney might be sending three highly anticipated films straight to streaming due to pandemic box office numbers.

Vince Vaughn Isn't Sorry About Shaking Hands With President Trump: 'I've Always Been Cordial'

Vince Vaughn is defending his choice to shake President Donald Trump‘s hand during the College Football Playoff Game earlier this year.

The 50-year-old Freaky star spoke to the LA Times (via) about the backlash that followed and why he isn’t sorry about the handshake.

“In my career I’ve met a lot of politicians who I’ve always been cordial to; I’ve met Nancy Pelosi and was cordial to her as well,” Vince shared. “It was the only time I’ve ever met him. We said hello. He was very personable. I didn’t get into policies.”

Vince was seen shaking Trump‘s hand as they attended the game, and struck up a conversation as the First Lady, Melania Trump, sat between them.

“I think people are more charged than ever about these things,” he added about the backlash. “But I don’t think most people take that stuff as seriously as the small percentage that’s making noise about it.”

Vince continued, “I was raised with the idea that you could have different likes and beliefs and you should respect and defend that in other people, not shout it down. The people you disagree with the most, you should stand up for their right to do that.”

Recently, Vince offered an update about the status of a Wedding Crashers sequel. Here’s what he said…

Vince Vaughn Confirms He's In Talks For 'Wedding Crashers' Sequel

Vince Vaughn is opening up about the possibility of a Wedding Crashers sequel.

The 50-year-old actor spoke to Entertainment Tonight about both he and Owen Wilson are in talks to star in second movie as their characters from the 2005 film, Jeremy and John.

“Owen and I and the director of Crashers have been talking for the first time seriously [about] a sequel to that movie,” he shared. “So there has been an idea that is pretty good. So we are talking about that in the early stages.”

Vince added that the movie was a “fun movie to make” along with his others, Mr. and Mrs. Smith and Zoolander. “It’s always fun to make people laugh and go to work with people that are funny.”

If you’re unfamiliar, Wedding Crashers centered on Jeremy (Vaughn) and John (Wilson), divorce mediators who spend their free time crashing wedding receptions. For the irrepressible duo, there are few better ways to drink for free and bed vulnerable women.

So when Secretary of the Treasury William Cleary (Christopher Walken) announces the wedding of his daughter, the pair make it their mission to crash the high-profile event. But their game hits a bump in the road when John locks eyes with bridesmaid Claire (Rachel McAdams).

Just recently, this other fan favorite movie was confirmed to be getting a sequel, too!
