Sia Reveals She's Suffering from Chronic Pain & Other Ailments

Sia is opening up about the chronic pain she is currently suffering from, as well as the other ailments she is facing.

The 43-year-old “Chandelier” singer is not letting this bring her down though and she’s sending hope to fans who also may be dealing with similar issues right now.

“Hey, I’m suffering with chronic pain, a neurological disease, ehlers danlos and I just wanted to say to those of you suffering from pain, whether physical or emotional, I love you, keep going. Life is fucking hard. Pain is demoralizing, and you’re not alone,” Sia tweeted on Friday afternoon (October 4).

If you didn’t know, the Ehlers-Danlos syndromes are “a group of connective tissue disorders that can be inherited and are varied both in how they affect the body and in their genetic causes. They are generally characterized by joint hypermobility (joints that stretch further than normal), skin hyperextensibility (skin that can be stretched further than normal), and tissue fragility.”
