Adrienne Warren Better Get Her Tony Speech Ready, Oprah Says

Adrienne Warren walks the red carpet at the opening night party for her new Broadway musical Tina: The Tina Turner Musical on Thursday (November 7) in New York City.

The 32-year-old actress, who already has one Tony nomination to her name, better get ready to accept an award at next year’s Tonys… according to Oprah Winfrey!

Oprah was at the opening night performance and she went backstage right after the show to greet Adrienne in the cast. In a video shared to her Instagram account, the media mogul and former talk show host raved to the Broadway star about her work.

Adrienne is of course playing the role of Tina Turner, who was also at the opening night show.

“Watching TINA on Broadway with @tinaturner. Nothing like it. ELECTRIFYyyyying! See you at the Tonys @adriennelwarren! Swipe left to see what I’m talking about,” Oprah wrote.
