Carey Mulligan's 'Promising Young Woman' Debuts at Sundance, Moviegoers Say to Avoid Spoilers!
Carey Mulligan hits the red carpet for the premiere of her movie Promising Young Woman during the 2020 Sundance Film Festival on Saturday (January 25) at The Marc Theatre in Park City, Utah.
The 34-year-old actress was joined at the event by co-stars Bo Burnham and Alison Brie, as well as the movie’s writer and director Emerald Fennell.
If you didn’t know, Promising Young Woman was produced by Margot Robbie and her husband Tom Ackerley. The film will hit theaters on April 17, but moviegoers at Sundance are urging fans to avoid reading any spoilers as this is one movie that you’ll want to experience without knowing the twists.
“Please do yourselves a favor and avoid all spoilers for Promising Young Woman. Trust me, this movie is so worth your time. I’m still processing it and cannot believe how dark it got and the places it went. It will be nearly impossible to top this at Sundance,” We Live Entertainment’s Scott Menzel tweeted.
Several other people have written about avoiding the spoilers too!
FYI: Carey wore Loewe.
