Christina Aguilera and Matthew Rutler are enjoying a rare night out on the town!

The 40-year-old “Fighter” superstar and the 36-year-old guitarist were spotted out on a date night on Thursday night (May 20) in Malibu, Calif.

Christina was seen holding onto Matthew‘s arm as they made their way back to their car. She looked fashionable in an all-black ensemble, while Matthew kept it casual in a jacket and jeans.

The last time the two were spotted out was around Matthew‘s birthday back in early April, when they were out celebrating.

Christina recently opened up about life amid the pandemic.

“It was a great time to be hunkered down in my house with my kids. I really got a moment to do little things, like be in my backyard, read books that had been on my to-read list, and go through my old diaries,” she said.
