Taylor Swift Marks Biggest Sales Week of 2021 (Again) With 'Evermore'!

Taylor Swift is back on top!

The 31-year-old “willow” singer-songwriter returned to the top of the Billboard charts with evermore as of Sunday (June 6).

This is the album’s fourth nonconsecutive week on top of the charts, making a huge leap from No. 74 to No. 1 with 202,000 equivalent album units earned, making it the biggest sales week of 2021, surpassing her own record for the year with Fearless (Taylor’s Version), which sold 179,000 units in its first week.

The surge was brought on by a record-breaking sale of vinyls, as well as signed CDs and discounts on the digital album.

She now has 53 weeks at No. 1, and is the artist with the third-most weeks at No. 1 under The Beatles and Elvis Presley.
