Paramount+ Renews 'Evil' for a Third Season, Weeks After Launch of Season 2

Paramount+ has renewed the former CBS series Evil for a third season!

The show originally aired on CBS for season one and the network ordered a second season, which ended up at Paramount+ after it was already completed.

Season two just premiered on the streaming service a couple weeks ago and now Paramount+ has given the show a renewal for a third season. The first three episodes of the second season are streaming now with additional episodes premiering weekly.

The second season was intended for CBS, so season three will be the first season of the series that is specifically written for Paramount+. This means that more creative freedom will be given to the writers!

Evil is a “psychological mystery that examines the origins of evil and the line between science and religion” and it stars Katja Herbers, Mike Colter, Aasif Mandvi, Michael Emerson, and Christine Lahti.
