Here’s something you most likely did not know about Christina Hendricks – she used to be a hand model and it’s actually her hand on the American Beauty movie poster!

While most people likely assumed Mena Suvari is featured on the poster for the Oscar-winning movie, it’s actually Christina‘s hand and another model’s body. You can stream the movie now with an Amazon Prime subscription.

“Fun fact…. wait for it…I used to be a model and sometimes a hand model…. this is my hand and another model’s stomach….proud to be a part if this film in ANY WAY!!!” Christina revealed on Instagram.

The ladies were joined at the event by The Good Place‘s Jameela Jamil, Dead To Me‘s Linda Cardellini, Mom‘s Allison Janney, Good Girls‘ Christina Hendricks, Sharp Objects‘ Patricia Clarkson, Dirty John‘s Connie Britton, Chicago P.D.‘s Sophia Bush, The Gifted‘s Jamie Chung and Sweetbitter‘s Ella Purnell.

InStyle’s Badass Women Dinner brought together like-minded women from the entertainment world to celebrate the power of women who aren’t afraid to voice their opinions.

Together, they’re all working together to do away with the “irrelevant preconceptions of gender” and give a voice to the underserved. InStyle Editor-in-Chief Laura Brown hosted the event sponsored by Foster Grant eye-wear.

Also in attendance were Younger‘s Sutton Foster, Arrow‘s Katherine McNamara, El Royale‘s Cailee Spaeny, Kat Graham, Lucy Fry, Kristy Dawn Dinsmore and Regina Spektor.

The 44-year-old Good Girls actress took to Instagram on Sunday afternoon (July 28) to share a couple throwback photos of herself in high school – and she looks totally different!

“Some highschool flashbacks……hard to be punk/goth in front of a ship-shadowbox. But trying SO HARD!” Christina captioned the post.

In one photo, Christina poses in the woods while sporting jet-black hair and a leather jacket while in the other, she and poses with friends while wearing a bright red lip and tight, red dress.

Christina tagged the location of the pictures as Fairfax, Virginia – the city in which she moved from Idaho as a teenager.

Sandra Bullock is all smiles on stage as she presents the U.S. women’s soccer team with the Best Team Award at the 2019 ESPYS on Wednesday (July 10) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

While she was on stage, the 54-year-old actress congratulated the team on their historic World Cup win and pledged to help the ladies on their ongoing fight for equal pay.

“All those in favor of equal pay, say I,” Sandra said which led to a roar of “Equal Pay!” from the audience.

Other stars hitting the stage to present awards included Christina Hendricks, Eric Dane, Stuber co-stars Kumail Nanjiani and Dave Bautista, along with Kobe Bryant.

Keanu Reeves walks the red carpet at the premiere of his new movie Toy Story 4 on Tuesday (June 11) at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood.

The 54-year-old actor joins the beloved Disney/Pixar franchise as Duke Caboom and the early reviews say that he steals the movie!
