Critics' Choice Awards 2021 - How to Stream & Watch!

The 2021 Critics’ Choice Awards are airing tonight (March 7!)

The 26th annual celebration is set to be a hybrid virtual and in-person program amid the pandemic, with Taye Diggs returning to host for the third year.

Presenters will announce winners live from the Barker Hanger in Santa Monica, Calif. Nominees will be joining virtually from different parts of the world.

The three-hour awards ceremony will air from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.

In addition, the ceremony can also be streamed on various live TV streaming platforms, including Hulu, fuboTV and SlingTv.

The show will continue its combined Film and Television awards format, honoring the finest in both cinematic and televised/streaming achievement. Zendaya is being honored during the show with the SeeHer Award, which recognizes a woman who embodies the values set forth by the SeeHer movement, to push boundaries, defy stereotypes and acknowledge the importance of authentic portrayals of women across the entertainment landscape.

Critics Choice Awards 2021 Predictions - Our Editors Are Picking the Winners!

The 2021 Critics Choice Awards are happening this weekend and we’re predicting the winners in all of the categories.

A live show will take place on Sunday night (March 7) starting at 7pm ET and it is taking place at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif.

Just like the Golden Globes, some of the presenters will be appearing in person alongside host Taye Diggs while the nominees will appear at the event virtually from the comfort of their own homes.

The show will continue its combined Film and Television awards format, honoring the finest in both cinematic and televised/streaming achievement. Zendaya is being honored during the show with the SeeHer Award, which recognizes a woman who embodies the values set forth by the SeeHer movement, to push boundaries, defy stereotypes and acknowledge the importance of authentic portrayals of women across the entertainment landscape.

Critics Choice Awards 2021 Movie Nominations Released - See Entire List of TV & Movie Nominees!

The nominees for the 2021 Critics Choice Awards are finally here!

The show combines film and television awards to highlight the best of the best of the past year.

A few weeks ago, the awards show released the list of television nominations, and now, they have released the full list of movie nominations. We have combined the lists here for you to check out.

For TV, Netflix reigned supreme with 26 total nominations. Mank received the most nominations in the film category with 12 total.

Critics Choice Awards 2021 TV Nominations Released - See the Full List of Nominees!

The nominees for the 2021 Critics Choice Awards are finally here!

The show combines film and television awards to highlight the best of the best of the past year. Two Netflix shows lead the pack with the most nominations this year: Ozark and The Crown. Netflix also received the most nominations with 26 total and HBO came in second with 24 total nominations. These are just the television nominations, and the film nominees will be announced on Monday (February 8).

“We are so thrilled to be celebrating the incredible work that was released during this extended season,” Critics Choice Association CEO Joey Berlin said in a statement. “In a year when the need for entertainment was undeniable, the industry rallied to deliver beautiful series that delighted us, educated us, challenged us, and most importantly, brought us all together.”

Critics' Choice Awards 2021 Moved to March

The 2021 Critics’ Choice Awards have followed the 2021 Oscars and postponed their show due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The show will take place live in Santa Monica, California on Sunday, March 7, 2021 with Taye Diggs returning as host. The producers noted that this would be “health considerations permitting.”

“Now more than ever, people are turning to film and television as a source of comfort, as a means of education, and as a way to connect,” Critics Choice Association CEO Joey Berlin said. “With the revised timeline, we are looking forward to celebrating all of the brilliant new work created during this extended season.”

The 2021 Oscars were also postponed and you can find out when they will air.

Inside the Critics' Choice Awards 2020 - Moments You Didn't See on TV!

There were so many big stars at the 2020 Critics’ Choice Awards and there were tons of fun moments that you didn’t see on TV during the event!

While the cameras weren’t rolling during commercial breaks, celebs were out of their seats and mingling with friends at the event on Sunday (January 12) at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif.

Nicole Kidman and Jennifer Lopez, both nominees at the show, were seen catching up at on moment. Adam Driver, who skipped the red carpet, was seen giving his Marriage Story co-star Laura Dern a big huge.

The Act star Joey King was joined by her boyfriend Steven Piet inside the venue.

Lucy Hale was spotted enjoying some Pinkberry while nominee Kaitlyn Dever indulged in Cold Stone Creamery. The stars were served vegan food from Baja Fresh and The Counter, and enjoyed drinks from Champagne Collet.
