Ryan Murphy‘s new show is coming soon!

Hollywood is set to launch on Netflix on May 1, it was announced on Thursday (February 20).

The limited series, which consists of seven episodes on the streaming service, stars series regulars David Corenswet, Darren Criss, Jeremy Pope, Samara Weaving, Laura Harrier, Jim Parsons, Dylan McDermott, Holland Taylor, Patti LuPone, Jake Picking and Joe Mantello, with notable guest stars Maude Apatow, Mira Sorvino and Rob Reiner.

Here’s a synopsis: “Hollywood follows a group of aspiring actors and filmmakers in post-World War II Hollywood as they try to make it in Tinseltown — no matter the cost. Each character offers a unique glimpse behind the gilded curtain of Hollywood’s Golden Age, spotlighting the unfair systems and biases across race, gender and sexuality that continue to this day. Provocative and incisive, Hollywood exposes and examines decades-old power dynamics, and what the entertainment landscape might look like if they had been dismantled.”

Darren Criss is returning to Broadway this year in a new production of David Mamet‘s play American Buffalo and the first look of him in costume has been revealed!

The Emmy-winning actor is joining legendary stars Laurence Fishburne and Sam Rockwell in the play, which begins preview performances on March 24 ahead of an official opening on April 14.

American Buffalo is a play about loyalty and greed in which three small-time hustlers want a bigger cut of the American dream.

The producers of American Buffalo have announced how to score cheap tickets to see the play on Broadway, if you buy them at the Circle in the Square box office. Beginning at 10am on Thursday, February 20, the first ten pairs of tickets are available to purchase at $15 each, the price of tickets during the original 1976 production of American Buffalo. The next ten pairs at the box office will be able for purchase at $32 each, the price of tickets during the 1983 Broadway revival. The next ten pairs will be available for purchase at $52 each, the price of tickets during the acclaimed 2015 London revival.

Darren Criss is joined by wife Mia at the 2020 Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday night (February 9) at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 33-year-old Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning actor looked cool in a black and silver blazer paired with tan-lensed sunglasses as he stepped out for the party.

Also in attendance were Darren‘s American Crime Story: The Assassination of Gianni Versace co-stars Edgar Ramirez and Finn Wittrock with his wife Sarah.

Donatella Versace and Pedro Pascal were also in attendance.

Darren Criss recently had a fun day at Disneyland with his buddy John Stamos… and he even stripped down to his underwear at one point!

John took to Instagram to share some cute photos from the day, which includes the shot of Darren in his boxer shorts while John is wearing a princess dress.

John and his wife Caitlin took Darren and his wife Mia to Disneyland as a wedding present.

Jonathan Scott and Zooey Deschanel couple up for the opening of the new art exhibit, titled “From Destruction,” at Trigg Ison Fine Art on Friday (January 10) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The new couple attended the event to support artist and Amy Adams‘ husband Darren Le Gallo.

Other stars at the event included Jon Hamm, Aaron and Sam Taylor-Johnson, Darren Criss and wife Mia, Elizabeth Banks, Jack McBrayer, Dustin Hoffman, Kelsey Grammer, and Joey King.
