Deepika Padukone is red hot while walking the carpet at the 2018 Met Gala held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 7) in New York City.

The 32-year-old Bollywood movie star had her hair styled by Harry Josh using the Harry Josh Pro Tools dryer.

Prabal Gurung, the designer of Deepika‘s dress, opened up about working with her for the gala. This was the actress’ second time at the gala.

“Deepika has been a longtime friend and muse. She embodies all of the ideals I respect in a woman—she is beautiful on the inside and out; intelligent, assured, poised, yet with a sense of levity and joy. I am honored she is joining me on such a special evening,” he told Vogue India.

Specialty Casamigos cocktails were served throughout the evening as guests enjoyed mingling and dancing the night away. If you don’t know, Harry Josh‘s party has been an annual pre-Met Gala tradition since 2005!

Deepika Padukone makes a grand entrance as she hits the red carpet at the Loveless (Nelyubov) screening at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival on Thursday (May 18) in Cannes, France.

The 31-year-old actress was joined at the screening alongside the actress Robin Wright, Uma Thurman, and Michelle Yeoh.

The 31-year-old actress showed off her tattoos in the sleeveless dress while walking the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 1) in New York City.

Ruby was also joined at the event by her xXx: Return of Xander Cage co-star Deepika Padukone.

The theme for this year’s gala is “Rei Kawakubo/Comme des Garçons: Art of the In-Between,” honoring Japanese designer Rei Kawakubo, who founded the label Comme des Garçons and is known for pushing boundaries in the fashion world.
