Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin hit the red carpet together at the season two premiere of their hit show Grace & Frankie held at Harmony Gold on Sunday (May 1) in Los Angeles.

The two ladies were joined at the event by their co-stars Brooklyn Decker, pregnant June Diane Raphael and her hubby Paul Scheer, Ernie Hudson, Sam Waterston, Ethan Embry and Brittany Ishibashi.

Netflix has renewed another one of its brand new series – Grace and Frankie will be getting a second season!

The news was confirmed with a statement by series co-creator Marta Kauffman, who also created Friends.

“Let me say, it’s so awesome to do a show on Netflix,” she said. “Because two and a half weeks after we launched, Miley Cyrus does a tweet about your show, and they call and say, ‘We’d like to do a season two.’ So yes, there is a season two. We have Ted [Sarandos] and Miley to thank.”

Grace and Frankie stars Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin as enemies whose husbands leave them for each other. Season one is streaming in full right now on Netflix.

The 77-year-old actress and Lily, 75, were joined at the event by their co-stars Brooklyn Decker, Sam Waterston, Ethan Embry, and June Diane Raphael who was accompanied by her husband Paul Scheer.

Jane and Lily play the title characters Grace And Frankie, whose husbands, Robert (Martin Sheen) and Sol (Sam), deliver a double whammy when they come out as gay and also declare that they’re planning to marry each other. Grace and Frankie have had a long and terrible relationship but are forced to lean on each other.
