The 31-year-old Claws actress looked pretty in a yellow suit and purple heels while the 32-year-old former pro football player went handsome in a light, blue suit for the awards show.

H.E.R. put on a special performance at the 2019 Coachella Music Festival!

The 21-year-old Grammy-winning singer-songwriter opened her set on Sunday evening (April 14) with an out-of-character slideshow of portraits before she emerged onstage with an acoustic guitar to play her songs like “Carried Away,” “2” and “Hard Place.”

Later during her set, H.E.R. got emotional while paying tribute to Nispey Hussle – who sadly passed away within this past year.

“Can we change the mood a little bit? There’s something really heavy on my mind,” she expressed (via USA Today). “Because we lost Nipsey Hussle, we need to embrace the Nipsey in every neighborhood around the world. I get real emotional about it because there’s so much change that needs to happen around the world. If he could, we can.”

Earlier that day, Yara‘s Barbie doll was unveiled as part of International Women’s Day. 20 role models from around the world were turned into dolls for the special day.

“It’s really surreal just because this was never within my realm of possibility. I never thought, ‘Oh yeah, one day I’ll have my own doll’ or anything like that,” Yara said (via ET Canada). “It really amplifies and reaffirms this idea that we can excel in whatever field.”

Also at the party was The Act actress AnnaSophia Robb. H.E.R. was seen meeting up with the event’s 12-year-old DJs Amira & Kayla, who spun for part of the night.

Joaquin Phoenix stars in the trailer for his new film Her, which also features the voice of Scarlett Johansson.

The 38-year-old actor plays a lonely writer who develops an unlikely relationship with his newly-purchased operating system (Johnasson) that’s designed to meet his every need.

Rooney Mara and Amy Adams also star in the Spike Jonze directed film, which will hit theaters on November 20.
