Jensen Ackles and Jared Padelecki watch intently at 2017 Comic-Con on Sunday (July 23) in San Diego, Calif.

The co-stars were in attendance for their hit show Supernatural and were joined by their co-stars Misha Collins, Robert Speight Jr, and Rob Benedict.

To open the Supernatural panel, the band Kansas made a surprise appearance to perform the show’s theme song “Carry On Wayward Son” live for the audience!

During the panel, initial casting for the spinoff Wayward Sisters has been announced. Kim Rhodes, Briana Buckmaster, Kathryn Newton, Katherine Ramdeen, and Clark Backo will all be a part of the show.

Wayward Sisters will air it’s pilot episode as a regular episode during Supernatural‘s 13th season, which premieres October 12 on The CW!

The guys, along with their Supernatural co-star Misha Collins, tested out the new Nintendo Switch and played games such as Super Mario Odyssey, Pokkén Tournament DX, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, 1-2-Switch, and ARMS.

Jared also took some time to visit the San Diego Zoo that day!

“Had SUCH a great time at the @sandiegozoo !! I don’t even mind that the two-toed sloth stole my camera! ;),” he captioned the below photo on Instagram.

Jared Padalecki celebrated his 35th birthday on Wednesday (July 19) by appearing on Conan‘s special Comic-Con episode alongside Jensen Ackles!

The Supernatural stars are at the convention in San Diego to promote their CW series.

To help him ring in his birthday, Conan brought out a keg for Jared to do a keg stand. The beer in the keg just so happens to be from a brewery started by Jensen‘s family.

“Proudest moment ever. TWO bucket list items crossed off!!! DO NOT MISS @ConanOBrien tonight with @JensenAckles and me!!” Jared wrote on Twitter after the appearance.

Jared Padalecki‘s wife Genevieve just launched her brand new blog, Now + Gen, and he wrote a really special letter to their three children.

The 34-year-old Supernatural star penned it for his sons Thomas, 5, and Shepherd, 3, and his daughter Odette, 3 months.

“Around Father’s Day, Jared wrote a letter to our children. It’s one of the most beautiful and special letters I have read, so I just had to share,” Genevieve said. “The kids may be a little too young to fully appreciate it, but one day I hope they read this and know what a great dad they have. When it comes to being a father, Jared has found his calling.”

“i realize fathers day was supposed to be about…well…’fathers’… praising them and thanking them and making them feel needed and appreciated,” Jared wrote. but, as the ‘father’ in this relationship, i wanted to change things up a bit. specifically, i wanted to take this opportunity, after my FIFTH fathers day (and counting), not to say ‘you’re welcome,’ but to say ‘thank you.’”

Then he listed all the things his kids have done, including “you’ve peed on me, pooped on me, and vomited on me (though not always necessarily in that order)” and “you’ve reduced me to tears whenever i witness you in pain.”

Then Jared goes on to thank them.

“thank you for letting me experience that special feeling you have when you know the world around you is sleeping,” he wrote. “thank you for making me wash my clothes more often than i used to (did your mother put you up to this?)”

“i have your back. now and always,” he continued. “though, i should warn you, sometimes ‘having your back’ will mean not letting you do something you think you want to. or, maybe it will even mean ‘scolding you’ when you’re doing something dangerous, or ‘correcting you’ when you’re frustrated and lashing out, or not quite being who your mother and i know you can be.”

He concluded, “you’ve humbled me. you’ve helped me rediscover the joy of discovery. you’ve turned my world upside down…and i wouldn’t have it any other way.”

Jared Padalecki and his wife, actress Genevieve Padalecki, had a very sweet Twitter exchange on Father’s Day!

The 36-year-old actor actress tweeted a video at the 34-year-old actor, saying, “To the best dad I know. Tom, Shep + Odette are so lucky to have you as, as am I. Love you to the moon and back @jarpad! 🌙�”�’� #FathersDay.”

Later, Jared tweeted back, “I couldn’t be the dad I am without the most amazing mother by my side. Thanks for fixing my mistakes ;)”

Jared and Genevieve have been married since 2010.

The CW Upfronts may have been last week but Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles are still hanging in NYC!

The Supernatural co-stars were spotted out and about on Tuesday (May 23) in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City.

Besides starring on the same show, Jared and Jensen have a lot more in common – they’re both new dads!

While Jared and his wife Genevieve welcomed their third baby in March, Jensen and his wife Danneel welcomed twins late last year!

“It’s wonderful that I forget that I’m on a TV show when I’m with my family. Learning lines or this or that becomes unimportant. It’s about going, ‘Are Gen and Odette okay? Is Tom okay? Is Shep okay?’” Jared recently told People.

Jared Padalecki is spilling on his life as a new dad!

The 34-year-old Supernatural star and his wife Genevieve welcomed their first baby girl, Odette Elliott, back in March.

The couple, who are already parents to Shepherd, 3, and Thomas Colton, 5, are overjoyed about their new addition.

“It’s a really cool experience, and I’m really excited for her to grow and hopefully have a Daddy’s girl,” Jared told People.

He added, “With boys, you’re like, ‘Go skin your knees and go break your arms like I did.’ But with a girl, you’re like, ‘If somebody ever touches her, I’ll go off the handle!’”

“She’s perfect already, and it would be great if she stays that way. She seems like she has a cool inner strength of like, ‘Hey, this is me. I can’t walk and talk now, but I’m comfortable.’ I hope that sticks around,” Jared sweetly said.
