Johnny Galecki Confirms He'll Be in the 'Roseanne' Revival

Johnny Galecki has confirmed that he will reprise his role as David Healy on the upcoming ABC revival of Roseanne!

Before the 42-year-old actor became one of the highest paid actors ever in television thanks to The Big Bang Theory, he spent seven seasons on Roseanne.

Johnny shared a photo from the table read for the upcoming reboot on Friday (December 1).

“21 YEARS LATER…! Apart from being born, possibly the most surreal experience of my life. Deep thanks to my Big Bang Theory family for knowing the importance of visiting one’s roots and loaning me out for a quick minute. Much ❤️,” he captioned the photo.

The revival of Roseanne will premiere in 2018.

Kaley Cuoco and the rest of the Big Bang Theory cast looked so excited to be at 2017 Comic-Con!

The 31-year-old actress, along with her co-stars Johnny Galecki, Kunal Nayyar and Kevin Sussma, sat down for their panel on Friday afternoon (July 21) in San Diego, Calif.

During the chat, the cast opened up about the major cliffhanger at the end of last season.

“To see that be the pinnacle of this season was really cool. We’ve all come such a long way,” Kaley said.

Later in the panel, the cast joined the entire crowd to perform a hilarious rendition of the show’s signature lullaby “Soft Kitty.”

Johnny Galecki Thanks Firefighters After His House Burns Down

Johnny Galecki is sending a big thank you to the firefighters who risked their loves to put out the fire at his home this week.

The 42-year-old The Big Bang Theory actor’s ranch in San Luis Obispo, which is located 190 miles north of Los Angeles, burned down in a massive fire on Monday. The fire was estimated to be 1,500 acres in size and around 250 people were evacuated from their homes.

“Thank you to the brothers and sisters of @calfire,” Johnny wrote in a post on Instagram. He also shared a photo of him hugging the firefighters.

“It is the profound risks that you accept and the sacrifices you and your families make that keep us safe. Thanks also to the many of you who have reached out in support. It is far from lost on us here. #muchlove #movingforwardstronger,” he added.

'Big Bang' Star Johnny Galecki's Home Burns Down in Huge Fire

Johnny Galecki‘s California home has unfortunately burned down following a massive fire.

The 42-year-old Big Bang Theory actor’s getaway home in Santa Margarita was lost in a 1,200 acre fire, which also damaged many other properties.

Johnny has not yet seen the damage but will reportedly head to the ranch when he gets the all-clear.

“My heart goes out to all in the area who are also experiencing loss from this vicious fire, the threat of which we live with constantly, which may seem crazy to some but we do so because living in our beautiful, rural area makes it worthwhile,” Johnny said in a statement to TMZ.

He added, “Endless thanks to CalFire and the Sheriff’s Office. I know you guys are fighting the good fight to keep us safe. So very relieved no one has been hurt.”

Katherine Heigl & Ashton Kutcher Go Country for CMT Awards!

Katherine Heigl stepped out in bold blood orange at the 2017 CMT Music Awards!

The 38-year-old actress brought along her husband Josh Kelley as her date for country music’s big night held at the Music City Center on Wednesday evening (June 7) in Nashville, Tenn.

She was joined by Ashton Kutcher, who snapped this pic with country star Reba McEntire and his That ’70s Show co-star Danny Masterson. (See the full pic in our gallery.)

Also in attendance were the group’s fellow presenters, DallasJosh Henderson, RaeLynn, and The Big Bang Theory‘s Johnny Galecki.

“Arrived in Nashville last night and decided to eschew my usual martini in favor of the locals drink of choice…whiskey!” Katherine captioned the Instagram photo below. “This cocktail is called the Tennessee Waltz and was made to perfection by the lovely bartender at The Oak Bar in The Hermitage Hotel. They were so tasty I had to have two…what can I say, when in Rome…😏🥃🥃😳.”

'The Big Bang Theory' Renewed for Two More Seasons!

Fans of The Big Bang Theory will be happy to hear this news – the show has been renewed for two more seasons!

The five original stars of the series – Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg, and Kunal Nayyar – are taking a pay cut for the additional seasons so that their co-stars Melissa Rauch and Mayim Bialik can get raises.

The original five have been earning $1 million an episode for the past three seasons. They will now be earning $900,000 an episode, according to THR.

Melissa and Mayim previously were earning $175,000 an episode and they are likely to be bumped to $400,000 per episode.

While The Big Bang Theory is a very costly show at $10 million per episode, with a majority of the expenses going to pay the cast, it is the number one scripted series on television in both viewers and the coveted ad demos.

'Big Bang Theory' Cast Takes Pay Cut to Give Raises to Co-Stars Mayim Bialik & Melissa Rauch

The cast of The Big Bang Theory clearly has each other’s backs.

The CBS show’s five originals stars – Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Johnny Galecki, Simon Helberg, and Kunal Nayyar – are reportedly taking a big pay cut to allow co-stars Melissa Rauch and Mayim Bialik to get raises.

According to Variety, they agreed to take a $100,000 cut in their $1 million-an-episode salaries for the upcoming 11th and 12th seasons in order to free up $500,000 for Melissa and Mayim.

The extra $250,000 each will bring the ladies’ salaries up to the 450,000-an-episode range.

Big Bang is reportedly really close to closing a two-year renewal deal with CBS.
