Keri Russell and Jon Hamm both made an appearance last night’s (December 11) The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and participated in a hilarious round of Mad Lib Theater!

The 43-year-old Star Wars actress and the 48-year-old Richard Jewell actor had to say random words to fill in the blanks for a scene that they would perform together alongside host Jimmy.

In the scene, Keri, Jon and Jimmy acted out an exaggerated scene on an airplane as flight attendants and found themselves holding back laughter with some of their chosen words.

Jon Hamm also hit the couch to pitch a Star Wars role for himself, drops updates about working with Tom Cruise on Top Gun: Maverick and describes what it was like being directed by Clint Eastwood in Richard Jewell.

Keri Russell made an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday night (December 11) and was put through a series of hilarious Star Wars tests!

The 43-year-old actress, who plays Zorii Bliss in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, was challenged by host Jimmy to give her best imitations of Yoda, Darth Vader and Chewbacca during a game of instant impressions.

Keri Russell also does her best to navigate spoiler about her Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker character Zorii Bliss.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker director J.J. Abrams has revealed Episode IX features previously unknown Force powers that could potentially divide fans.

“It was really important that we not just redo the things you’ve seen, but add new elements—which we knew will infuriate some people and thrill others,” the 53-year-old writer-director told Vanity Fair.

“Among those things are not just new ways of doing sort of traditional, must-have sequences, whether it’s chases or lightsaber battles, or what have you,” J.J. added. “We wanted to make sure that this picture also showed aspects of the Force in ways that go beyond what you’ve seen before.”

The cast of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker have gotten an exclusive treat!

Leading stars – Kelly Marie Tran, director J.J. Abrams, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Keri Russell, Oscar Isaac, Anthony Daniels and Naomi Ackie – got a first-look at the new Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance attraction in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge on Monday (December 2) at Disneyland Park in Anaheim, Calif.

The attraction opens tomorrow (December 5) at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Florida and January 17, 2020, at Disneyland Park in California.

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is one of the most ambitious, advanced and immersive experiences ever undertaken by Walt Disney Imagineering, blurring the lines between fantasy and reality on a scale never seen before in a Disney attraction.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker hits theaters December 20!

On being in a mask for her Star Wars character, Zorri Bliss: “It was very attractive, the idea of not being the lead. The mask – I felt safe in it. And tough.”

On if she feels she has an expiration date in Hollywood: “I do think about it. And I feel that [the time dwindling for roles] should sort of be now. But at the same time, I just got an incredible offer to do something. A really, really rich story. Maybe it doesn’t stop.”

On social media: “I know a little bit about Instagram. I like to look at pretty things.”

Tom Hanks and Matthew Rhys were joined by their loves at the A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood premiere!

The co-stars were joined by Rita Wilson and Keri Russell at the premiere held on Sunday (November 17) at the Henry R. Luce Auditorium at Brookfield Place in New York City.

Also joining Tom and Matthew at the premiere included co-stars Chris Cooper and Susan Kelechi Watson with fiance Jaime Lincoln Smith along with director Marielle Heller.

Fellow guests at the premiere included Alexander Skaragard and Sarah Silverman.

Earlier that day, the cast and director promoted A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood at the movie’s photocall.
