The full star-studded cast of season two for Amazon’s Modern Love was just announced and it includes some pretty big names.

Variety reports that Kit Harington, Anna Paquin, and Garrett Hedlund have joined the series.

The news comes just after both Kit and Garrett welcomed their first children.

Gbenga Akinnagbe, Susan Blackwell, Lucy Boynton, Tom Burke, Zoe Chao, Maria Dizzia, Grace Edwards, Dominique Fishback, Kathryn Gallagher, Telci Huynh, Nikki M. James, Aparna Nancherla, Larry Owens, Zane Pais, Isaac Powell, Ben Rappaport, Milan Ray, Jack Reynor, Miranda Richardson, Marquis Rodriguez, James Scully, Zuzanna Szadkowski, Lulu Wilson, Don Wycherley, and Jeena Yi will also star.

Minnie Driver‘s involvement in the show was announced last week.

“We’re so excited to bring a second season of this series to life, and give an opportunity to really shine a light on what matters most,” showrunner John Carney said in a statement. “With so much uncertainty in our current world, these stories bring truth and love to people everywhere, and I’m so appreciative to be a part of making that happen.”

Modern Love is an anthology series explores love in all of its complicated and beautiful forms, as well as its effects on the human connection. Each episode brings to life a different story that has been inspired by The New York Times‘ popular Modern Love column.

Kit recently showed off his fit physique in a tight, gray shirt while out on a jog.

Back in September, Rose and Kit announced that they were expecting their first child together! The couple have been married since 2018 after meeting on set of Game of Thrones.

The 33-year-old actress, who is currently expecting her first child with the 33-year-old actor, revealed that she gave him an “awful” haircut amid the pandemic at home.

“I was on FaceTime to a friend at the time. He was like, ‘Can you do the back, because I can’t see it with the mirror?’ And I was so engrossed with my girlfriend, we were having such a lovely time, and I was like, ‘Yeah yeah yeah, fine, whatever’,” she said during the chat with the New York Post.

The right-handed actress revealed she took the scissors in her left hand.

“And…I dug too deep. I dug too deep! It was rather hilarious, but also awful. Fortunately, he looks great with a semi-shaved head, so it was fine,” she went on to explain.

The 33-year-old actress spoke briefly about her pregnancy in a new interview with the New York Post where she simply stated, “I am thrilled to be expecting, and I can’t wait to meet the new member of our family!”

In the interview, Rose also spoke about how she and her husband got to take a little trip together after COVID-19 restrictions were lifted. They went to Greece and “the Grecian sunshine was glorious. But I am very, very fair. I wear sunscreen, which is like chalk, and my husband tans. So when we go on holidays, he’s there like a lizard, and I’m under an umbrella.”

The married couple and former Game of Thrones co-stars are expecting their first child together, she revealed in her cover story for Make Magazine.

While Rose didn’t talk about her pregnancy in the issue, she did show off her baby bump in the photo shoot. The mag’s fashion director Ursula Lake wrote on Instagram, “A very special all woman team photographic shoot capturing Rose at this wonderful time as she prepares for motherhood for the first time!”

In the magazine, Rose talked about her GoT days. She said, “It was an incredible experience, and for me – as an actor – it definitely opened a lot of doors with casting directors, and producers.”

Rose told the mag that she and Kit live in “the house that Jon Snow built” in East Anglia, England.

“It’s incredibly old. We have a thatched roof, which currently has an enormous hornet’s nest in it. I do love to think about the house and all the people who have lived there. Were they happy, how did they live? All the families passing under those ancient beams,” she told Make Magazine. “What a glorious thing to be able to run to the countryside and recoup. It’s a great privilege to be surrounded by greenery, birdsong and hedgerows, and our delightful neighbours. It’s so peaceful.”

Another Game of Thrones star welcomed her first child back in July.
