Brie Larson is trying to escape her past in the first released trailer for her upcoming film The Glass Castle.

The film is based on the memoir written by Jeannette Walls about “a young girl who comes of age in a dysfunctional family of nonconformist nomads. Walls‘ eccentric mother (Naomi Watts) and alcoholic father (Woody Harrelson) would stir the children’s imagination with hope as a distraction to their poverty.”

Max Greenfield and Sarah Snook also star in the film.

The Glass Castle hits theaters on August 11.

Jordana Brewster, Ben McKenzie, and Angela Bassett hit the red carpet at the 2017 Fox Upfronts on Monday (May 15) at Central Park’s Woolman Rink in New York City.

Jordana was joined at the event by her Lethal Weapon co-stars Clayne Crawford and Damon Wayans to hype up season two while Ben joined Gotham co-stars Morena Baccarin, Robin Lord Taylor, Cory Michael Smith, David Mazouz, and Camren Bicondova.

Angela was at the event to tell advertisers about her new series 9-1-1.

Orlando Bloom and Milo Ventimiglia were just two of the many stars to step out for the City Year Los Angeles Spring Break event.

The guys were joined by Jennifer Garner, Amy Schumer, Bryan Cranston, Alison Brie, and Mahershala Ali on Saturday (May 6) in Los Angeles.

Also in attendance were B.J. Novak, Octavia Spencer, Pharrell Williams, Ryan Tedder, Yvette Nicole Brown, Julie Bowen, T. R. Knight, Max Greenfield, and Mel B.

The annual fundraiser is City Year’s largest fundraising event as well as a fun party open to teens, tweens and adults in support of education in Los Angeles. The event attracted more than 1,400 attendees, and raised over $1.8 million. There was a special performance by OneRepublic, as well as food, games and interactive booths.

Justin Hartley and Chrissy Metz repped their hit NBC series This Is Us while helping the Casting Society of America honor casting in film, TV, and theater.

The 39-year-old actor and the 36-year-old actress hit the red carpet at the 2017 Annual Artios Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Friday (January 20) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Also in attendance were J.J. Abrams, Max Greenfield, Joel McHale, and Justin‘s partner Chrishell Stause. Head to our gallery to see all the pics!

This Is Us has been renewed for two more seasons, and this video of Mandy Moore and the rest of the cast – Milo Ventimiglia, Sterling K Brown, Justin Hartley, and Chrissy Metz – reacting to the news is a total must see!
