Lance Bass is opening up about his journey to fatherhood!

The 39-year-old *NSYNC singer and his husband Michael Turchin, 31, are in the process of having a child through a surrogate.

“I’m very anxious and nervous, but I think it’s going to be amazing,” Lance told People. “We found the most amazing doctor, surrogate, everything is just great. It’s happening, and it’s happening quick.”

“She lives close to us so we’ll be able to see her and be a part of her life and she’s going to be a part of our life the rest of our lives. It’s going to be great,” he added.

Lance and Michael have been married since December 2014.
