The 48-year-old Claws star looked super chic in a form-fitting white dress as she was shared a kiss at the ceremony with hubby Jay Tucker.

Niecy was also supported at the ceremony by close friends Cedric the Entertainer, Ryan Murphy, and Chrissy Metz.

“She not only deserves a star on the Walk of Fame, she deserves a star on the walk of life,” Cedric the Entertainer said. “Niecy is, she really is, all things.”

Queen Latifah is keeping busy at Essence Festival!

The 48-year-old entertainer took to the stage for a performance during the annual event on Saturday (July 2) at Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA.

During the second day of the festival, attendees also heard from celebs including Mary J. Blige, Niecy Nash, her Claws co-star Jenn Lyon, Regina Hall and Meek Mill.

After the event, Niecy took to her Instagram to share some glam photos from the event.

“@essencefest DONT OWE ME A THING! So happy to meet all the Claws fans! We love you guys! Thank you for riding with us & bringing so much love to Nola,” Niecy wrote.

Niecy Nash‘s hit TNT series Claws has been renewed for a third go-round!

The season two premiere of Claws drew 1.3 million 18-49 in L+7, up 38% from last year’s series debut, according to Deadline. Season two is now tracking +9% ahead of season one, ranks among the top 5 cable dramas this year, and is currently posting the largest year-over-year growth among all returning cable dramas.

The 48-year-old actress vacationed with her parents, three kids, husband Jay Tucker and her actress Kellee Stewart to celebrate her upcoming star on the Hollywood Boulevard Walk of Fame on July 11.

Olivia Munn and Niecy Nash hit the stage together to present an award at the 2018 Screen Actors Guild Awards at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (January 21) in Los Angeles.

The ladies, who shared a funny moment recently at the Critics’ Choice Awards, presented the award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series.

“Wait, wait, wait. If it’s Sterling K. Brown, can I say it?” Niecy said as they were getting ready to open the envelope. Olivia replied, “Yes, why?” and Niecy quickly said, “’cause he black.”

“I mean, but you can say anybody’s name who is Asian that’s nominated,” Niecy added, though there were no Asian actors nominated in the category. (Olivia‘s mom was born and raised in Vietnam and is of Chinese descent)

There were three Asian actors nominated at the show – The Big Sick‘s Kumail Nanjiani, Downsizing‘s Hong Chau, and Master of None‘s Aziz Ansari.

Tracee, Issa, Loretta, and Niecy are all nominated for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series while Yvette was up for Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance and Yvonne was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.

Olivia and Niecy made sure to bring up how Mark Wahlberg made $1.5 million for the All the Money in the World reshoots, while Michelle Williams essentially was paid next to nothing.

“Thank you to all the producers for paying Niecy and I the same and Mark Wahlberg a million bucks,” they said.

Earlier in the show, Olivia opened the show with help from Jay Pharoah.

Laura Dern, Kristen Wiig, and Hong Chau premiered their new movie Downsizing in Los Angeles!

The actresses joined forces at the Regency Village Theatre on Monday (December 18) in Westwood.

Laura rocked a black and grey dress with matching lace-up boots, Kristen sported a one-shoulder black and white gown, and Hong sparkled in a long-sleeve silver sequin dress.

They were joined by their co-stars Christoph Waltz, James Van Der Beek, Niecy Nash, Udo Kier, Paul Mabon, Margareta Pettersson, Kerri Kenney, Ingjerd Egeberg, Tim Driscoll, and director Alexander Payne.

Virginia Madsen, Melissa Bolona, Joe P. Harris also stepped out to show their support.

Downsizing – also starring Matt Damon – is a social satire in which a guy realizes he would have a better life if he were to shrink himself.
