Rebecca Ferguson Joins 'Kid Who Would Be King' Cast at London Photo Call!

Rebecca Ferguson happily strikes a pose while attending a special photo call for her latest film The Kid Who Would Be King held at More London on Tuesday (February 5) in London, England.

The 35-year-old actress was joined at the event by her co-stars Sir Patrick Stewart, Louis Ashbourne Serkis and Rhianna Dorris.

Rebecca and her cast mates were also joined by the children from Snowsfields Primary School and Tower Bridge Primary School who were all dressed up in knight costumes in support of the film.

The Kid Who Would Be King is currently playing in theaters in the U.S., but it will first be released in the U.K. on February 15.

Rebecca Ferguson Joins 'Kid Who Would Be King' Cast for Gala Screening in London

Rebecca Ferguson rocks a black suit on the red carpet while attending the gala screening of her movie The Kid Who Would Be King on Sunday (February 3) at the Odeon Luxe Leicester Square in London, England.

The movie is currently playing in theaters in the U.S., but it will first be released in the U.K. on February 15.

Rebecca was joined at the event by her co-stars Patrick Stewart (with wife Sunny Ozell), Denise Gough, Tom Taylor, Angus Imrie, Rhianna Dorris, Dean Chaumoo, and Louis Ashbourne Serkis.

Louis, who is the star of the film, was joined at the event by his dad Andy Serkis!

Other stars in attendance included Jason Isaacs and Simon Pegg.

Rebecca Ferguson Got Married Over the Holidays!

Rebecca Ferguson has shared some exciting news – she got married over the holidays!

The 35-year-old The Greatest Showman and Mission: Impossible actress revealed the happy news in an interview with Extra while promoting her new film The Kid Who Would Be King.

Rebecca and her partner Rory, whose last name is unknown, tied the knot last month, but it means “nothing” different to be married.

“I think we both wanted to step over all thresholds. Also, I’m not very religious. I believe in love,” Rebecca told Extra. “It was more for us and our family. We rented a cottage with friends and family.”

“I wore a beautiful skirt, a wedding skirt, that I can shorten off, get some pockets in, and use in Greece for the summer!” she added.

Rebecca said that her six-month-old daughter slept through the ceremony and her 11-year-old son Isaac gave them the rings.

The upcoming movie tells the story of Alex, who thinks he’s just another nobody, until he stumbles upon the mythical Sword in the Stone, Excalibur. He must unite his friends and enemies and, together with the legendary wizard Merlin, take on the wicked enchantress Morgana to become the great leader he never dreamed he could be.

The film is written and directed by Joe Cornish and stars Louis Ashbourne Serkis, Dean Chaumoo, Tom Taylor, Rhianna Dorris, Angus Imrie, Rebecca Ferguson and Patrick Stewart.

The 34-year-old Mission: Impossible – Fallout actress is in talks to co-star with Timothee Chalamet in the upcoming Legendary Entertainment reboot of Dune, Variety reported on Wednesday (September 5).

Blade Runner 2049 director Denis Villeneuve is helming the project.

Set in the distant future, Dune follows Paul Atreides, whose family assumes control of the desert planet Arrakis. As the only producer of a highly valuable resource, jurisdiction over Arrakis is contested among competing noble families. After Paul and his family are betrayed, the story explores themes of politics, religion, and man’s relationship with nature, as Paul leads a rebellion to restore his family’s reign.

The David Lynch-directed film adaptation of Dune was released in 1984.
