Mark Wahlberg‘s time at the 2017 Super Bowl in Houston, Texas was unfortunately cut short.

The 45-year-old actor took to Instagram to share that he had to leave the game early after his son wasn’t feeling well.

“I had to leave the game early because my youngest son wasn’t feeling well. Trust me, I would have loved to be at the stadium — but family first. Doesn’t mean I don’t love my Patriots too! ❤” Mark captioned the below pic.

Mark attended the game with his wife Rhea Durham and their two sons Michael, 10, ad Brendan, 8.

Mark has been a diehard New England Patriots fan all his life – he grew up in Boston.

After the game, Mark also took to Instagram to share a screenshot of himself consoling Falcons fan Usher after the Patriots won.

Mark Wahlberg is continuing his vacation, without wearing a shirt of course!

The 45-year-old actor has been putting his hot body on display all week and he was spotted relaxing on a yacht with his wife Rhea Durham on Wednesday (December 28) in Bridgetown, Barbados.

Mark and Rhea were joined by their kids (not pictured) and some friends for the fun in the sun.

Make sure to go see Mark in his new movie Patriots Day. It is currently playing in limited release and will soon be put in theaters nationwide.

The 45-year-old actor was joined at the premiere by his co-stars Michelle Monaghan, Kevin Bacon, Khandi Alexander, and Alex Wolff.

Patriots Day tells the story of the aftermath of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing as the police and investigators fight the clock to track down the bombers.

The film is set to hit theaters on December 21.

The 45-year-old actor was joined on his stroll by his bikini-clad wife, model Rhea Durham, and the two had a blast splashing into the water to cool off.

The lovebirds have been enjoying their tropical getaway this past week, lounging on yachts, packing on some adorable PDA, and understandably taking a break from social media!

Heidi Klum and Mark Wahlberg meet up to watch their kids play in a soccer game on Saturday (May 21) in Brentwood, Calif.

Both of the stars sat on the sidelines and cheered on their kids (not pictured), who received trophies to commemorate the season following the game.

Mark‘s wife Rhea Durham was also at the game and seen chatting up Heidi at one point.

Later in the weekend, Heidi traveled to Las Vegas and got glammed up to present at the Billboard Music Awards.
