'Dune' Movie Release Date Delayed Again - See the New Date!

Fans will be waiting even longer to see the upcoming Dune remake!

The movie, which was supposed to be released in 2020, was previously dated for an October 1, 2021 release date. The film will also debut on HBO Max on the same day it arrives in theaters.

Now, Warner Bros. has decided to delay the release.

Dune will now hit theaters on October 22, which will give the upcoming James Bond movie No Time to Die two weeks in theaters without a major tentpole movie taking away any business, according to Deadline.

Warner Bros. has decided to move the upcoming Sopranos prequel movie The Many Saints of Newark to October 1, where it will face off against two animated movies – The Addams Family 2 and Hotel Transylvania 4: Transformania.

Another Warner Bros. movie that has changed dates is the Clint Eastwood film Cry Macho, which was previously dated for October 22. It will now be released on September 17.

Starring in Dune are Timothee Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgard, Dave Bautista, Zendaya, Javier Bardem, and Jason Momoa.
