Check out the first character posters from the upcoming movie Dune, starring Timothee Chalamet and Zendaya!

Dune is a 1965 novel by Frank Herbert and the book was turned into a 1984 movie starring Kyle MacLachlan.

A mythic and emotionally charged hero’s journey, Dune tells the story of Paul Atreides (Chalamet), a brilliant and gifted young man born into a great destiny beyond his understanding, who must travel to the most dangerous planet in the universe to ensure the future of his family and his people. As malevolent forces explode into conflict over the planet’s exclusive supply of the most precious resource in existence—a commodity capable of unlocking humanity’s greatest potential—only those who can conquer their fear will survive.

Also featured on posters are Stellan Skarsgard, Jason Momoa, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Javier Bardem and Rebecca Ferguson.

The film hits theaters on October 22 and will debut on HBO Max as well! Check out the trailer for the film if you missed it.

Fans will be waiting even longer to see the upcoming Dune remake!

The movie, which was supposed to be released in 2020, was previously dated for an October 1, 2021 release date. The film will also debut on HBO Max on the same day it arrives in theaters.

Now, Warner Bros. has decided to delay the release.

Stellan Skarsgard is opening up about his “relaxed relationship” with his genitals and how he’s always been comfortable in his own skin.

The 69-year-old actor opened up to Page Six in a new interview to promote his upcoming foreign film Hope.

“My female friends consider me one of them and talk openly in front of me. I walk around naked at home. When school friends thought storks brought babies, I told them how they were really made. I have a very relaxed relationship with my genitals,” Stellan said.

For those that don’t know, Stellan is the father of actors Alexander Skarsgard and Bill Skarsgard.

This isn’t the first time that Stellan has opened up about the subject. In an interview from seven years ago, while promoting the provocative movie Nymphomaniac, he gave a very similar quote.

“I’ve been so naked so much I’ve lost count, I mean, my d-ck was huge in the Grand Palais in Cannes (where his international break-out, Breaking the Waves, premiered). I was born naked and walk around naked at home. My parents walked around naked and when my friends in school still thought babies were brought by the storks I could tell them how they were really made. I have a very relaxed relationship with my genitals,” he told IndieWire at the time.

Stellan landed a role in an upcoming Disney+ series last year.

Stellan Skarsgard and Kyle Soller are joining the cast!

The two stars are set to join Diego Luna in the upcoming Disney+ Star Wars series based on character Cassian Andor from Rogue One, Variety reported on Thursday (April 16).

The two are still in final negotiations for their roles, according to the report.

Disney previously suggested the show would debut in 2021, but the timing is unknown now considering the global health crisis.

The untitled show “focuses on Rebel agent Andor prior to the events of Rogue One in the early days of the Rebellion against the Empire,” and is described as a “spy thriller.”

Diego Luna will return as Andor, while Alan Tudyk is set to reprise his role as K-2SO, Andor’s droid sidekick.

Stellan Skarsgård is a winner – at least, his eyebrows are!

The 68-year-old Swedish actor was awarded Best Supporting Actor in a Series, Miniseries or Television Film at the 2020 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 5) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Stellan plays Boris Shcherbina, the Council of Ministers’ deputy chairman, in Chernobyl.

“I should thank one person, and that is — Milos Forman, who said to me a couple years ago, ‘Stellan, I’ve seen so many films with you, but I never remember your face!’” he said. And I realize it was because I don’t have any eyebrows. Nobody could tell if I’m angry or surprised, it’s not like Colin Farrell. You can tell if he’s angry 20 miles away,” he amusingly said.

“For this film, Daniel Parker made me a couple of eyebrows.”

Co-star Jared Harris and his wife Allegra Riggio were also in attendance at the event, and posed together on the red carpet.

The Mamma Mia sequel, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, is hitting theaters in just a few hours and it’s expected to dominate this weekend’s box office!

Joining the cast from the first film Lily James as Young Donna, Cher as Sophie’s grandma, Alexa Davies as young Rosie, Jessica Keenan Wynn as young Tonya, Jeremy Irvine as young Sam, Josh Dylan as young Bill, and Hugh Skinner as young Harry.
