John Mayer is stirring up more romance rumors with Cazzie David with the sweet birthday post her put up on Instagram.

The 43-year-old singer was spotted out for dinner with Cazzie earlier this month and fans immediately started to wonder about their relationship status.

For those who don’t know, Cazzie is the daughter of Larry David and she was previously in a relationship with Pete Davidson. She is a best-selling author and has appeared as an actress on Netflix’s The Umbrella Academy.

John Mayer is having a nice night out with Cazzie David.

The 43-year-old “Your Body Is a Wonderland” singer and the 26-year-old Umbrella Academy actress and daughter of Larry David were spotted dining at Katsuya on Saturday night (May 1) in Studio City, Calif.

The two friends looked like they were having a good time together, enjoying their meal outside in a tent. John wore ripped jeans and a leather jacket for the outing, while Cazzie rocked a black leather jacket and jeans, paired with a blue face mask.

Netflix has added five new faces, and one familiar one, for the upcoming third season of The Umbrella Academy.

The series, which centers on seven children, who were adopted by billionaire industrialist Sir Reginald Hargreeves, who work together to solve a mystery surrounding their father’s death, will bring back Justin Min.

Justin‘s Ben had previously died in the second season, but will be returning for the new season, according to Variety.

However, Ben aka Sparrow No. 2, is not the Ben audiences remember. This Ben is “a Machiavellian tactician, wrapped up in a pretty boy body with a rumbling inner-squid. Vicious, pragmatic, and hyper-vigilant, Ben is determined to gain his status as the leader at all costs.”

A new piece of VFX will also be part of the show, and it’s called the “Existential Dread-Inducing Psykronium Cube” aka, Sparrow No. 7 or Christopher. It is a telekinetic cube of unknown origin that can turn the room freezing cold and induce paralyzing fear. But among the family, he acts as a consulted oracle, hands out incredible advice, and serves as the family mediator. To the Sparrows he is trustworthy and loyal, but like all of them he is a force with which to be reckoned.

Five new stars will join the series, which also stars Elliot Page, Aidan Gallagher, Robert Sheehan, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Ritu Arya, Adam Godley, and Colm Feore.

Pete Davidson is reacting to his ex girlfriend Cazzie David‘s new book of essays titled, “No One Asked for This,” which features one whole essay about their seemingly messy split. If you don’t know, immediately after Pete and Cazzie‘s relationship ended he began dating, and eventually proposed to, Ariana Grande.

“I’m really happy for her,” Pete told Insider. “It did well, and, you know, we’re cool. I wish her nothing but the best. I think she wrote a really funny book and I hope it stays on the chart.”

Cazzie thanked Pete in the acknowledgements of her book, saying, “Pete. I love you. Thank you for being encouraging when you did not have to be. Your bravery inspires me and your friendship means the world to me.”

Meanwhile, earlier in 2020, Pete spilled intimate details about every single one of his famous exes including Ariana, Kate Beckinsale, and more.

Just a few weeks after Pete Davidson and Cazzie David broke up, he was engaged to Ariana Grande.

In her new book of essays, “No One Asked for This,” Cazzie told the entire story of their breakup, how she felt when Pete started dating Ariana just a few days later, and more.

In her book, Cazzie, who is the daughter of Larry David, said at the end of a family trip to South Africa, she found “a newfound sense of acceptance and relief” about the situation. “My brain was allowing room for other observations and thoughts and the f–king songs finally stopped being stuck in my head,” she said.

As she was getting on the 16 hour flight home, she got a call from her manager.

“She told me they were engaged.” Cazzie wrote. “And I laughed.”

After being in a relationship for over two years, Cazzie apparently had trouble convincing Pete that she cared for him. Eventually, she wanted to end the relationship but paused because “previously, self-harm and suicide threats had come about from trivial circumstances.”

Eventually, Cazzie broke up with him but the next day, felt regret and called him to apologize. Pete responded by saying he was “the happiest he had ever been” and dumped her via text message just two days later.

The very next day, Pete was with Ariana Grande.

On a plane to her sister’s graduation, she “shook uncontrollably in [her dad's] arms for the entire flight.” “CAZZIE, COME ON!” her dad screamed at her. “YOUR ANCESTORS SURVIVED THE HOLOCAUST!”

She received nasty comments on her Instagram saying Pete had upgraded from Walmart to Chanel.

“It was a really pivotal moment in my life,” Cazzie told the Los Angeles Times about the whole ordeal. “And writing about it has caused me a ton of anxiety, especially because I talk so much about hating the attention it brought me. Why would I bring more attention to myself by writing about it? But there’s nothing that’s gonna be worse than what I already experienced with that.”

Pete and Cazzie are now friends again and he read her essay.
