Cazzie David Reveals the Real Story Behind Pete Davidson Breakup & His Immediate Relationship with Ariana Grande

Cazzie David is the daughter of Larry David and she has a book of essays coming out next week titled “No One Asked for This.”

One of the essays in the book is about her two-a-half-year relationship with Pete Davidson, which ended just two days before he started dating Ariana Grande.

After being in a relationship for over two years, Cazzie apparently had trouble convincing Pete that she cared for him. Eventually, she wanted to end the relationship but paused because “previously, self-harm and suicide threats had come about from trivial circumstances.”

Eventually, Cazzie broke up with him but the next day, felt regret and called him to apologize. Pete responded by saying he was “the happiest he had ever been” and dumped her via text message just two days later.

The very next day, Pete was with Ariana Grande.

On a plane to her sister’s graduation, she “shook uncontrollably in [her dad's] arms for the entire flight.” “CAZZIE, COME ON!” her dad screamed at her. “YOUR ANCESTORS SURVIVED THE HOLOCAUST!”

She received nasty comments on her Instagram saying Pete had upgraded from Walmart to Chanel.

“It was a really pivotal moment in my life,” Cazzie told the Los Angeles Times about the whole ordeal. “And writing about it has caused me a ton of anxiety, especially because I talk so much about hating the attention it brought me. Why would I bring more attention to myself by writing about it? But there’s nothing that’s gonna be worse than what I already experienced with that.”

Pete and Cazzie are now friends again and he read her essay.

Meanwhile, if you missed it, Pete once spilled every detail about all of his famous exes.

Larry David Has Married Girlfriend Ashley Underwood!

Larry David is a married man again!

The 73-year-old Curb Your Enthusiasm star tied the knot with Ashley Underwood, People reports.

The wedding took place on Wednesday night (October 7) in Southern California and this marks the second marriage for Larry, who previously was married to Laurie David until their split in 2007.

Larry and Ashley met at Sacha Baron Cohen‘s birthday party in 2017. She is friends with Sacha‘s wife Isla Fisher and served as a producer on his series Who Is America?.

“We were seated next to each other, I think with that in mind,” Larry previously told the New York Times. “Much to her surprise I left before dessert. I was doing so well, banter-wise, I didn’t want to risk staying too long and blowing the good impression.”

Larry has two adult daughters from his previous marriage – Cazzie, 26, and Romy, 24.

Congrats to the happy couple!

Larry David Says It's Hard to Believe Woody Allen 'Did Anything Wrong' After Reading His Book

“Yeah, it’s pretty great, it’s a fantastic book, so funny. You feel like you’re in the room with him and yeah, it’s just a great book and it’s hard to walk away after reading that book thinking that this guy did anything wrong,” Larry said in a recent New York Times profile.

Woody has maintained his innocence amid allegations of molestation by daughter Dylan Farrow over the years. She and her brother Ronan spoke out about the book’s publication. Here’s what they said…

Larry David Doesn't Actually 'Get The Appeal' Of 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'

Larry David is opening up about his long-running career and more in the new issue of GQ magazine.

Here’s what the 72-year-old show creator had to share:

On his grumpy demeanor: “People are under the wrong impression when it comes to me being happy or not. I think most people think that I’m miserable. Or that I’m a very disgruntled person. But I’m not. I have a very good disposition.”

On Curb Your Enthusiasm: “I really don’t get [the enduring appeal], other than—and it’s not very profound—it’s funny. And when something’s funny. People like it.”

On feeling under accomplished in stand up comedy: “I suppose it’s always been somewhat unresolved in my head. That I didn’t do it the ‘right way.’ I used to think, when I was younger, that this was what I was meant to do. That this was my calling, stand-up. I guess it still kind of bothers me that I haven’t conquered the form the way I thought I would.”
