Mercedes and Jack Kilmer, the children of actor Val Kilmer, took the spotlight during the Val photocall during the 2021 Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday (July 7) in Cannes, France.

The two siblings, 29 and 26, respectively, were joined by co-directors Leo Scott and Ting Poo for the press event.

Mercedes and Jack are both credited as producers on the documentary about their father.

The documentary will focus on Val‘s career and his recovery following throat cancer.

Here’s a synopsis for the movie: For over 40 years Val Kilmer, one of Hollywood’s most mercurial and/or misunderstood actors has been documenting his own life and craft through film and video. He has amassed thousands of hours of footage, from 16mm home movies made with his brothers, to time spent in iconic roles for blockbuster movies like Top Gun, The Doors, Tombstone, and Batman Forever. This raw, wildly original and unflinching documentary reveals a life lived to extremes and a heart-filled, sometimes hilarious look at what it means to be an artist and a complex man.

Jada Pinkett Smith stepped out to support the cast of her new film Hala!

The 48-year-old executive producer attended a screening of the movie at the 2019 AFI Fest on Monday night (November 18) at TCL Chinese 6 Theatres in Hollywood.

She was joined by the film’s producers Minhal Baig and Jana Babatunde-Bey as well as cast members Geraldine Viswanathan, Gabriel Luna, Azad Khan, Purbi Joshi and Jack Kilmer, who was joined by Tallulah Willis.

Hala follows a Muslim teenager, struggling to balance desire with her familial, cultural and religious obligations, and grappling with a secret that threatens to unravel her family.

The film is set to hit theaters on December 6th.

Kaitlyn Dever hangs out with her pals and some popcorn at the Cinespia screening of Jaws at Hollywood Forever Cemetery over the weekend.

The 22-year-old Booksmart actress grabbed one of the blankets at the event, which was presented by Amazon Studios & Amazon Prime Video.

Also spotted at the screening were Jack Quaid, Brett Gelman, Jack Kilmer.

Longtime couple Drew Seeley and Amy Paffrath were also spotted at the event, just a few weeks before they welcome their first child.

Cinespia kicked off its’ summer season with screenings of Beetlejuice, Legally Blonde, and The Goonies

The black-and-white poster was released this month ahead of the film’s release date on February 8.

Here’s the synopsis: “A teenager’s quest to launch Norwegian Black Metal in Oslo in the 1980s results in a very violent outcome. Lords of Chaos tells the true story of True Norwegian Black Metal and its most notorious practitioners – a group of young men with a flair for publicity, church-burning and murder: MAYHEM.”

Lords of Chaos is directed by Jonas Akerlund and stars Rory Culkin, Emory Cohen, Sky Ferreira, Jack Kilmer, and Valter Skarsgard.

It will also be available on demand on February 22.

The 19-year-old actress, hot of the success of Netflix’s The Kissing Booth, plays 16-year-old Jamie, who along with her extended family, are shocked after her calculating grandmother (June Squibb) unveils an array of family secrets on her deathbed. Jamie is left to navigate her own love life and maintain her closest friendships in the midst of this family crisis.

We’re obsessed with Joey King‘s pleather look at the premiere of her new movie Summer ’03.

The 19-year-old Slender Man actress hit the blue carpet at the event held at the Vista Theatre on Monday (September 24) in Los Angeles.

She was joined by her co-stars Andrea Savage, Erin Darke, Paul Scheer, Jack Kilmer, Kelly Lamor Wilson, Steffan Argus, and Stephen Ruffin.

Joey‘s newly engaged sister Hunter King was also there to show her support, along with Pitch Perfect‘s Brittany Snow and Anna Camp, Madison Iseman, and Kathryn Gallagher.

Joey just flew back to LA, where she is working on her new series The Act. She also filmed a scene for her guest spot on Hunter‘s Life in Pieces this morning.

The trailer for Joey King‘s new movie Summer ’03 has arrived!

The 19-year-old Slender Man actress stars in the teaser for the coming-of-age indie film, released on Wednesday (August 22) by THR.

Written and directed by Becca Gleason, it tells the story of “16-year-old Jamie (Joey) and her extended family after her grandmother (June Squibb) reveals a number of secrets on her deathbed. Jamie is left to navigate her budding love life in the midst of her family’s personal crisis.”

Joey spends her summer learning to come out of her shell, meeting Luke (Jack Kilmer) at the Catholic church where her grandma’s funeral took place.

Summer ’03 also stars Andrea Savage, Erin Darke, and Paul Scheer.
