'Better Call Saul' Renewed for Sixth & Final Season on AMC

Better Call Saul has been renewed for a sixth season and AMC has announced that this one will be its last one.

The cast appeared at the network’s panel during the Television Critics Association winter press tour on Thursday (January 16) to share the news.

“From day one of Better Call Saul my dream was to tell the complete story of our complicated and compromised hero, Jimmy McGill – now AMC and Sony are making that dream come true,” showrunner Peter Gould said in a statement. “We couldn’t be more grateful to the fans and critics who are making this journey possible. Next month we start work on the sixth and final season — we’re going to do our damnedest to stick the landing.”

The final season will premiere in 2021 and will feature 13 episodes. The fifth season will air this year.

The Breaking Bad series co-stars, ages 63 and 40, respectively, stepped out for the event held at Regency Village Theatre on Monday (October 7) in Westwood, Calif.

They were joined by El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie‘s Matt Jones, Jonathan Banks, Charles Baker, Larry Hankin, and director/writer Vince Gilligan.

Also in attendance were Breaking Bad (the show)’s Krysten Ritter, Betsy Brandt, Dean Norris, Giancarlo Esposito, Jesse Plemons, RJ Mitte, Steven Michael Quezada, Lavell Crawford, and Max Arciniega.

Also there to show their support were Aaron‘s wife Lauren Parsekian, Jesse‘s wife Kirsten Dunst, Chicago P.D.‘s Sophia Bush, Knightfall‘s Mark Hamill, Queer Eye‘s Bobby Berk, Better Call Saul‘s Rhea Seehorn, Grown‑ish‘s Halle Bailey, Grey’s Anatomy‘s Alex Landi, dancer Derek Hough, and his girlfriend Hayley Erbert.

Bob Odenkirk and Jonathan Banks just hit the purple carpet at the 2019 Emmy Awards!

The Better Call Saul co-stars stepped out for the event on Sunday (September 22) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

Bob and Jonathan, who was accompanied by his wife Rebecca, were also joined by cast mates Rhea Seehorn, Giancarlo Esposito and Michael Mando.

During the show, Bob is up for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series while Jonathan is nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actor In A Drama Series.

The co-stars stepped out for the show’s FYC Event on Tuesday evening (March 26) at the Television Academy in North Hollywood, Calif.

They were also joined by their cast mates Giancarlo Esposito, Jonathan Banks and Michael Mando.

The show’s fourth season premiered back in August of last year and has since been renewed for a fifth season, which doesn’t yet have a premiere date.

Bob Odenkirk, Rhea Seehorn & 'Better Call Saul' Cast Hit SAG Awards 2019 Together

Rhea Seehorn adds a pop of color to her long black dress at the 2019 Screen Actors Guild Awards held at the Shrine Auditorium on Sunday (January 27) in Los Angeles.

The 46-year-old actress walked the red carpet with Better Call Saul co-star Bob Odenkirk.

Jonathan Banks, Michael Mando, and Giancarlo Esposito were also seen arriving on the red carpet.

The cast was nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series, which ultimately was won by This is Us.

Bob was also up for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series.

'The Incredibles 2' Drops Epic Brand-New Trailer - Watch Now!

An all-new trailer for The Incredibles 2 is out now, and you can watch it right here.

Disney/Pixar released the clip on Friday (April 13).

In Incredibles 2, Helen (Holly Hunter) is called on to lead a campaign to bring Supers back, while Bob (Craig T. Nelson) navigates the day-to-day heroics of “normal” life at home with Violet (Sarah Vowell), Dash (Huck Milner) and baby Jack-Jack—whose super powers are about to be discovered.

Their mission is derailed, however, when a new villain emerges with a brilliant and dangerous plot that threatens everything. But the Parrs don’t shy away from a challenge, especially with Frozone (Samuel L. Jackson) by their side. That’s what makes this family so Incredible.

Brad Bird, Bob Odenkirk, Catherine Keener, Jonathan Banks, Sophia Bush, and Isabella Rossellini also lend their voice talents. Brad also serves as director and writer.
