Ellen Pompeo, Brie Larson and Alison Brie hit the carpet while attending the Women In Film 2018 Crystal + Lucy Awards presented by Max Mara, Lancôme and Lexus at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Wednesday (June 13) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The three ladies were joined at the event by Katherine Langford, Alice Eve, Regina Hall, Lake Bell, Michaela Watkins, Kate Flannery, Jane Lynch, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Rosanna Arquette, Diane Warren, Alexandra Shipp, Katherine McNamara, Chloe x Halle, Julissa Bermudez and Francia Raisa.

Brie was honored with The Crystal Award for Excellence in Film and took the opportunity to demand more diversity in film reviews.

“I don’t need a 40-year-old white dude to tell me what didn’t work about A Wrinkle in Time,” Brie said. “It wasn’t made for him! I want to know what it meant to women of color, biracial women, to teen women of color.”

“Am I saying I hate white dudes? No, I am not,” Brie continued. “What I am saying is if you make a movie that is a love letter to women of color, there is an insanely low chance a woman of color will have a chance to see your movie, and review your movie.”

Jennifer Aniston and Julia Roberts both rock blazers as they hit the red carpet at the premiere of their latest film Mother’s Day held at the TCL Chinese Theatre IMAX on Wednesday (April 13) in Hollywood.

The 47-year-old actress and Julia, 48, were joined at the event by their co-stars Jack Whitehall, Hector Elizondo and Loni Love, as well as Bob Saget, John Stamos, Perrey Reeves, Kelly Kruger, Mel B and her hubby Stephen Belafonte, Jillian Michaels and Heidi Rhoades, Yvette Nicole Brown, Kate Flannery, Lauren Ash and Heather McDonald.

“Yeah! Because it’s Julia Roberts! I even flubbed in the first take and called her Julia!”

James Franco wraps his arms around co-star Amber Heard while hitting the red carpet at the premiere of their latest film The Adderall Diaires held at ArcLight Hollywood on Tuesday (April 12) in Hollywood.

The 37-year-old actor and Amber, 29, were joined at the event by their co-star Wilmer Valderrama and writer-director Pamela Romanowsky, as well as Thomas Middleditch, Rich Sommer, Kate Flannery, and Moby with his girlfriend Julie Mintz, who all came out to show their support for the flick.
