'Nashville' Canceled By ABC After Four Seasons

Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere‘s musical drama series Nashville has been canceled by ABC after four seasons.

The show is one of the few that wasn’t renewed by ABC in its big spree of renewals back in March and it’s surprising that it was canceled as the show does well in the ratings thanks to a DVR boost.

Nashville was set to hit its 100th episode in season five, but unfortunately the final episode will air on May 25. The show also starred Clare Bowen, Chris Carmack, Will Chase, Charles Esten, Jonathan Jackson, Sam Palladio, Aubrey Peeples, Lennon Stella, and Maisy Stella.

Jessica Simpson Answers If a Third Child Is In Her Future

Jessica Simpson speaks on stage during YMA Fashion Scholarship Fund and Geoffrey Beene National Scholarship Awards Gala held at the Marriott Marquis Hotel on Tuesday (January 12) in New York City.

The 35-year-old fashion designer was joined at the event by her husband Eric Johnson, as well as Martha Stewart, June Ambrose, and young Nashville stars Lennon and Maisy Stella.

When asked by ET how she stays in such great shape, Jessica responded, “I think being a mom is enough of a diet. You have to run around chasing your kids, but I do eat a lot of their corn dogs, so I have to get on the treadmill a lot to watch my TV shows.”

She also weighed in on if she’d have another child!

“I don’t think I could have another baby right now. It was a very, very big shock after having a baby and four months later knowing I was pregnant again, so I think that’s not in our near future,” Jessica added. “But people have kids at 40 now, so you never know.”

FYI: Jessica is wearing a Monique Lhullier dress, Giuseppe Zanotti shoes, a Fendi coat, Jacquie Aiche jewels, and a Charlotte Olympia clutch.
