Keith revealed how Nicole has helped him with his music and creativity.

“The way I approach it [now] is, ‘Let’s do it. We can scrap it after the fact.’ I learned that from my wife. Try anything, do anything, it’ll be very apparent if it sucks. But I have to try it. I would never have discovered [certain ideas] if I hadn’t dared to suck,” Keith explained.

Dave Franco & Abbi Jacobson Make Drama Debuts with '6 Balloons' at SXSW 2018!

Dave Franco is dapper as he poses alongside co-star Abbi Jacobson while attending the premiere of their latest film 6 Balloons held during the 2018 SXSW Festival at ZACH Theatre on Monday (March 12) in Austin, Texas.

The 32-year-old actor and Abbi, 34, were joined at the event by the film’s screenwriter and director Marja-Lewis Ryan, and SXSW senior programmer Jarod Neece.

Based on the personal story of producer Samantha Housman, the film follows a woman (Jacobson) whose brother (Franco) relapses on heroin, while living with his six-month-old daughter.

“I loved the different points of view that were addressed, and this is my first experience in this genre,” Abbi expressed about the film (via Deadline). “I was excited that Dave was gonna be my partner in it because this was new for both of us. We kind of could lean on each other.”

“I knew that I was very lucky that [Ryan] even considered me for a role like this because I had never done anything like this,” Dave added. “I figured worst-case scenario, it just disappears; best-case scenario, it shows me in a slightly different light, and people can maybe start to see me in different roles.”

FYI: Dave is wearing a Sandro suit.

Mark Hamill & Rian Johnson Talk 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' & Carrie Fisher at SXSW

Mark Hamill surprised fans at the 2018 SXSW Film Festival!

The 66-year-old actor, known for playing Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars film series, took the stage at the The Director and The Jedi premiere at Paramount Theatre on Monday (March 12) in Austin, Tex.

He was joined by Star Wars: The Last Jedi director and writer Rian Johnson.

The Director and The Jedi is an upcoming documentary about the making of the film, directed by Anthony Wonke, who was also in attendance.

“This is just a cameo at the end. I’m good at that,” Mark joked when he joined the discussion, according to THR.

When asked about what it was like giving direction to veteran actors Mark and the late Carrie Fisher, Rian laughed, “It’s a conversation – and in this case it’s a very intense conversation. I couldn’t say, ‘Screw you, this is my story,’ You have to get into the conversation.”

“She loved one-liners, she loved jokes,” Rian said about Carrie, who famously portrayed Princess Leia.

“It was hard for her to watch herself onscreen,” he added. “I remember her telling me, ‘In my head, I’m still in my 20s.’ There’s always going to be that disconnect when you see yourself onscreen.”
