Macaulay Culkin claims that he had no idea his younger brother Kieran Culkin was nominated for a Golden Globe and he hilariously live-tweeted the awards show when he found out!

Kieran, 36, was nominated for his work in the HBO series Succession in the category, Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Series, Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television. He was joined at the show by wife Jazz Charton.

“Oh sh-t! My brother is at the Golden Globes?! That is so cool! #GoldenGlobes,” Macaulay tweeted during the red carpet pre-show.

Later on, Macaulay tweeted, “HOLY SH-T KIERAN IS NOMINATED??? WHAT IS SUCCESSION?! Man, I should really answer his calls more often. Thanksgiving is going to be really awkward this year. #GoldenGlobes.”

The 2019 Golden Globe Awards had a star studded lineup of presenters!

Harrison Ford, Bill Murray and Mike Myers all took to the stage to present awards during the show on Sunday night (January 6) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Harrison followed up Jeff Bridges‘ acceptance speech for the Cecil B. DeMille award, which Harrison won back in 2002.

“I’m grateful for the Cecil B. DeMille award, I can’t believe I got it before Jeff Bridges. But more than that I’m grateful for the fact that I met my wife that night,” Harrison said backstage.

Olivia Colman is a winner!

The 44-year-old actress took home the award for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy for her role as Queen Anne in The Favourite at the 2019 Golden Globe Awards on Saturday night (January 6) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

In her acceptance speech, Olivia thanked “my bitches” Emma Stone and Rachel Weisz for working on the film together.

“Every second of working with you girls was such a joy,” Olivia said. “So much fun. I was so sad when it finished. And I would like to tell you how much this film means to me — but I can’t think of it because I’m too excited!”

Rami Malek accepts his award on stage at the 2019 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 6) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 37-year-old actor won the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama for his work in the movie Bohemian Rhapsody.

The movie also won the award for Best Motion Picture – Drama!

Rami, who was joined at the event by girlfriend and co-star Lucy Boynton, thanked Queen and the late Freddie Mercury during his speech.

“Thank you to Freddie Mercury for giving me the joy of a lifetime. I love you, you beautiful man. This is for and because of you gorgeous,” he said.

The 22-year-old Ben Is Back actor hit the red carpet at the event held on Sunday (January 6) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

He was joined by Garrard Conley, who wrote the book “Boy Erased: A Memoir,” which was adapted for Lucas‘s film Boy Erased.

Lucas received a nomination for Best Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama for his role as Jared Eamons in the film.

Christian Bale holds his award in the air during his acceptance speech at the 2019 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 6) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 44-year-old actor won the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for his work in the movie Vice.

Christian, who was joined by his wife Sibi at the event, plays former VP Dick Cheney in the film and he thanked someone specific for inspiring him.

“Thank you to Satan for giving me inspiration for playing this role,” Christian quipped during the speech.

Thandie Newton looks stunning on the red carpet at the 2019 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday (January 6) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 46-year-old actress was joined at the event by her husband, director Ol Parker.

Thandie was nominated tonight for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series, Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television for her work on the HBO show Westworld.

The award went to Sharp Objects‘ Patricia Clarkson.
