Denise Richards is setting the record straight amid rumors that she and her husband, Aaron Phypers, have an open relationship.

Amid those rumors were a report that Denise and her Real Housewives co-star Brandi Glanville were in a relationship, according to a Daily Mail report.

On Instagram, one fan wrote that her and Aaron have an open marriage, to which Denise responded, “We actually don’t have an open marriage.”

The fan responded, “My bad I read somewhere that you did.”

“Absolutely not,” Denise reportedly responded back (via TooFab), adding, “100% monogamous to my husband.”

The 48-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s husband Aaron Phypers took to Instagram on Tuesday (December 17) to reveal that Denise underwent emergency surgery a few months ago to repair four hernias.

“To the most incredible woman my soulmate,” Aaron wrote. “I am always in awe of your Beauty perseverance, dedication in all you do. These photos taken a couple of months ago from an emergency procedure femoral hernia not one but four! 6 hours waiting close by. Love you baby everyday getting stronger! @deniserichards.”

Denise then reposted the photos, adding, “My hubby posted this & I need to actually thank him for taking such great care of me. This was a couple months ago & turned out to be a good lesson for me to always listen to my body. Being a mom, wife, & having a career sometimes it’s easier to just be strong and power through, I thought the pain & my other symptoms would just go away. They did not and got a lot worse. I’m so grateful to @herniadoc & her fabulous team. I thought I had one femoral hernia, I actually had 2 femoral & 2 inguinal. And I waited way too long & didn’t even tell my husband how bad I was feeling (I know it was stupid) … gotta always listen to our bodies & take care of ourselves.”

Glad to hear Denise is on the mend!

The longtime pair was joined by fellow couples Alex Lange and Bailee Madison, newly married Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers, and Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O’Connell.

Also in attendance were Danielle Fishel, Home & Family co-hosts Cameron Mathison and Debbie Matenopoulos, Beth Stern, Alison Sweeney, and James Denton.

The American Humane Hero Dog Awards is an “annual, nationwide competition that searches out and recognizes America’s Hero Dogs – often ordinary dogs who do extraordinary things, whether it’s saving lives on the battlefield, lending sight or hearing to a human companion, or simply providing the tail-wagging welcome a pet owner relishes at the end of a hard day.”

The program will air on Wednesday, October 24 at 8/7c on Hallmark Channel.

The 47-year-old actress and Aaron Phypers tied the knot in a romantic ceremony on Saturday afternoon (September 8) in Malibu, Calif.

Denise looked so chic in a short white dress with a dramatic train while Aaron kept things cool in a white button-down shirt and tan trousers for the ceremony.

Denise‘s daughters Sam, 14, Lola, 13, and Eloise, 7, served as bridesmaids.

The wedding comes just two days after it was announced that Denise and Aaron were engaged.

Guests at the nuptials included Denise‘s new Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars including Lisa Vanderpump and husband Ken Todd along with Camille Grammer and fiance David Meyer. Denise’s close friends Rebecca Romjin and Jerry O’Connell were also at the ceremony.

New Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards is reportedly engaged to her beau Aaron Phypers!

“Aaron and Denise just got engaged and would love to be married sooner than later now that his divorce is finally in his past. The engagement has been a long time coming,” a source told People. “He moved on from his past relationship a long time ago, and marrying Denise is a welcome new chapter for both of them in different but equally significant ways. The two of them are very happy and have settled into life with one another, so now they’re pretty focused on getting this very intimate ceremony off the ground. They’re just ready to start their married life together.”

The couple has been together since December. Aaron just finalized his divorce from Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan last month, though they separated two years ago after six month of marriage.

Nicollette Sheridan and husband Aaron Phypers are parting ways.

The 52-year-old Desperate Housewives alum has filed for divorce after getting married in secret back in December 2015, according to People.

Nicollette filed the papers last week in Los Angeles citing irreconcilable differences, saying they officially split on June 19.

She is asking the court to deny spousal support. The former couple reportedly first started dating in December 2014.

This is Nicollette‘s second marriage and divorce. She was previously married to actor Harry Hamlin.
