Vanessa Hudgens is opening up about a not-so-pleasant fan encounter!

The 30-year-old Second Act star made an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden in an episode that aired on Thursday (January 17).

“Parents will do anything for their kids, right?” Vanessa said, going on to share her experience with a High School Musical fan’s parent. “So I remember, one time in particular, I was running to my gate and the airport, literally running, and this woman was like, ‘Oh my God, my daughter loves you!’ And I was like, ‘Thank you!’”

“And she’s like, ‘I need a picture!’” Vanessa continued. “And I was like, ‘I really can’t right now, I’m trying to get to my gate.’ And she’s like, ‘Come on! You owe this to me!’ And I was like, ‘I don’t owe you anything.’ And then she goes, ‘You’re a b–ch!’ I was like, ‘I’m sorry?’”

That same day, Vanessa and boyfriend Austin Butler attended the Haute Living and Jaquet Droz Honoring of Vanessa Hudgens held at A.O.C. in Los Angeles.

Vanessa Hudgens and Austin Butler step out for breakfast ahead of New Year’s Eve weekend!

The 30-year-old Second Act actress and the 27-year-old The Shannara Chronicles actor were spotted sipping on their drinks after wrapping up their meal on Friday (December 28) in Los Feliz, Calif.

Vanessa donned a grey sweater with a brown plaid jacket, black pants, and brown cowboy boots, completing her look with a white Adidas baseball cap and round shades.

Austin wore a blue button-up shirt with grey pants, a jacket draped over his shoulders, brown shoes, and a black beanie.

They enjoyed a little window shopping as they went about their day.

The couple also grabbed a holiday lunch together on Wednesday.

The longtime couple was spotted making a stop to get lunch with a pal on Wednesday (December 26) in Los Feliz, Calif.

Vanessa showed her style in a sweater, blazer and jeans paired with cowboy boots and a straw hat.

The day before, Vanessa shared some cute photos and videos from her Christmas with her family.

“Merry merry christmassss 🎄🍾❤️ ‘Twas a lovely day. Hope urs was amazzzzing😍❤️🎄🍾,” Vanessa wrote on her Instagram.

“Hanging with #Herbie and my honey @austinbutler at the @VW Beetle Final Edition drive-in,” the 29-year-old actress wrote on her Instagram account.

Vanessa has a lot to look forward to this month. She will be celebrating her 30th birthday on December 14 and then her movie Second Act hits theaters just one week later.

“We both respect, trust and admire each other,” Vanessa recently said about their relationship. “It’s so solid now because I feel strong as an independent woman. I am very self-reliant, but it’s nice to have a best friend you can share victories with as well as losses.”
