The three ladies all starred in the movie Little Women together this year!

Saoirse is up for Best Actress and Florence is nominated for Best Supporting Actress, both for their work in Little Women. Laura is up for Best Supporting Actress for her work in Marriage Story.

Joining the stars at the event were the writers and directors of both movies, who happen to be a couple in real life – Little Women‘s Greta Gerwig and Marriage Story‘s Noah Baumbach. They’re both nominated for their screenplays!

The royal couple attends the BAFTAs every year and this time, the event requested that guests promote sustainable fashion.

“This awards season BAFTA are doing more than ever before to consider sustainability across its awards ceremonies, including inviting guests to ‘dress sustainably,’” a rep said.

Kate decided to wear the same dress that she wore to an official dinner hosted by Malaysia’s Head of State back in September 2012. See those photos here!

The three British actress all have something in common – they’re best known for playing badass characters on the big screen!

Naomie plays Eve Moneypenny in the James Bond movies opposite Daniel Craig, Ella recently had her big screen breakout in the Charlie’s Angels remake, and Naomi just broke onto the scene in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.

Zoe Kravitz is looking gorgeous as ever.

Emilia Clarke looks gorgeous on the red carpet at the 2020 EE British Academy Film Awards on Sunday (February 2) at Royal Albert Hall in London, England.

Cynthia Erivo is not performing at the 2020 BAFTAs.

The Harriet actress declined an invitation to perform at the show following the announcement of the all-white actor nominees in lead and supporting categories on Tuesday (January 7), Variety reported.

Producers reportedly reached out to her back in December, and were told by her team that they’d wait until after the nominations were announced to decide. Upon the nominations, they declined, as Cynthia was not nominated in the Best Actress category.

The announcement of all-white nominees in the four acting groups have sparked intense backlash, and were called “infuriating” by Marc Samuelson, chairman of BAFTA’s film committee.

However, she was nominated for both a Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award for her performance.

Other notable snubs include Jennifer Lopez for Best Supporting Actress, where Margot Robbie was twice nominated along with all-white nominees.

Ella Balinska and Asa Butterfield happily strike a pose alongside each other while stepping out for their photo call of the 2020 British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards Nominations Announcement held at BAFTA on Tuesday morning (January 7) in London, England.

The 23-year-old Charlie’s Angles star and the 22-year-old Sex Education star got up bright and early to reveal the nominations for the 2020 awards and were joined by BAFTA Chief Executive, Amanda Berry OBE.

Joker leads the pack with 11 total nominations, with The Irishman and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood having 10 each.
