Paul McCartney leaves Tyga‘s 2016 Grammys After Party after being denied entry on Monday (February 15) in Los Angeles.

The 73-year-old legendary musician, who was accompanied by Beck and Woody Harrelson, could be heard saying “How VIP do we gotta get?” by nearby cameras when he was turned away.

Paul and his squad headed over to the Republic Records party after being denied at Tyga‘s party, and they were finally let in there.

Johnny Depp takes a moment to pose for a photograph backstage at the Stella McCartney Autumn 2016 Presentation held at Amoeba Music on Tuesday (January 12) in Los Angeles.

The 52-year-old actor was joined by his wife Amber Heard and his daughter Lily-Rose as well as his Pirates of the Caribbean co-star Orlando Bloom, Beck, the designer herself Stella McCartney, and Marilyn Manson, who joined Johnny on stage for a special performance.

This is the first time the designer has shown her collection in Los Angeles and the first fashion event for the iconic and largest independent record store remaining in California.

Kanye West went on On the Air with Ryan Seacrest on Wednesday morning (February 11) and explained what actually happened at the 2015 Grammys – and offered some clarifications on his thoughts on Beck.

“Well first of all, Beck is one of the nicest guys and one of the most respected musicians in the game. So, there’s nothing that I will want to do as a fellow musician to disrespect him in any way,” Kanye said on the air. “And the weird thing is like, and I don’t feel like I have the right to take away from people’s moments, but the reality of it is – and case in point by who came up to me right afterwards – is it’s almost like a chiropractor. You know, you just get a little crook out like, ‘Wow, this crook has been there!’ It’s just a little jolt of truth, right? And then you know, everyone feels better after the fact, or everyone is way more famous after the fact, or everyone sells way more albums after the fact, and then Kanye just goes on being an a**hole to everyone.”

He also offered an apology: “And when I said that thing about respect artistry, I think it came off the wrong way, and that was a mis-wording on my part because obviously Beck is one the most respected artists and respects artistry.”

Kanye also announced that him and Taylor Swift want to collaborate!

“Yeah, she wants to get in the studio and we’re definitely going to go in. Any artist with an amazing point of view, perspective, fan base, I’m down to get in the studio and work. I don’t discriminate, I don’t have an elitism of music because of like how many Grammys or you know, the amount of ratings you get on an album. I think that everyone loves music whether they love hip-hop, alternative, country, and if I could be involved in giving people any type of energy, advice in the studio, whether you’re Beyonce, whether you’re Taylor Swift, whether you’re Jay Z, whether you’re Beck, whoever, and they can be reciprocal with that, I’d like to be involved with that,” Kanye added.

While John Legend previously spoke out to say he considered Kanye West‘s interruption of Beck‘s Grammys acceptance speech to be “funny,” he is clarifying the comments in a new statement.

“I thought it was funny,” the 36-year-old “Glory” singer originally said. “I looked at it as just a funny thing that people were going to talk about. It didn’t hurt anybody. Anybody who’s upset just needs to relax. It was funny.”

John is now speaking out again to clarify those comments.

“I want to clarify my thoughts on Kanye‘s actions at the Grammys on Sunday,” John told Us Weekly. “First of all, Kanye is my friend. He believed in me years ago when very few did, and I wouldn’t be here without his support. That doesn’t mean we’ll agree on everything, but it does mean that I am grateful to him. And I also believe he is one of the most gifted people I’ve had the privilege of working with.”

“In my [original] comments to Us,” he continued. “I said that when Kanye walked up on stage, mimicking his interruption of Taylor Swift‘s VMA acceptance speech, then turned around as if he was just playing, most of the room, including me, saw this as funny, as a way of taking the piss out of himself for his infamous behavior several years ago.”

“When I said that was funny and people should lighten up about it, that’s what I meant,” John added. “I wasn’t referring to Kanye‘s comments after the show, which I have now seen and heard. I disagree with those comments.”

Shirley Manson took to Facebook to bash Kanye West for his rant on Beck‘s Album of the Year win at the 2015 Grammys!

“It is YOU who is so busy disrespecting artistry. You disrespect your own remarkable talents and more importantly you disrespect the talent, hard work and tenacity of all artists when you go so rudely and savagely after such an accomplished and humble artist like BECK,” the 48-year-old Garbage front woman shared.

Shirley added, “You make yourself look small and petty and spoilt. In attempting to reduce the importance of one great talent over another, you make a mockery of all musicians and music from every genre, including your own. Grow up and stop throwing your toys around. You are making yourself look like a complete tw-t.”

The night before, the 37-year-old rapper was spotted jetting out of LAX Airport after attending the 2015 Grammys, where he voiced his displeasure over Beck‘s Album of the Year win.
