The new movie Moxie is one of the top movies on Netflix right now and one of the lead actors is actually the son of Julia Louis-Dreyfus!

Charlie Hall plays the role of Bradley, who does the morning announcements at school each day. This marks the first movie role for the 23-year-old budding actor. He previously was a college basketball player at Northwestern University.

Julia‘s oldest son Henry, 28, took to Twitter this week to promote the film.

“My little man Chucky @charlie_hall23 is in his first ever movie and it’s out today!!! Go watch #Moxie on @netflix like NOW! I’m very proud of him and he is my brother :) this is a screenshot of him getting interviewed about the movie 😝,” Henry wrote.

Julia quote tweeted the message and added, “Yay!!!!!”

Moxie, directed by Amy Poehler, is about a shy high school student who anonymously publishes an underground zine called Moxie to expose bias and wrongdoing in her high school, and unexpectedly sparks a movement.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus is all smiles as she hits the stage to give a speech at the 2019 Harlem Children’s Zone Friend of the Children Award Dinner held at Cipriani 42nd Street on Wednesday (April 17) in New York City.

The 58-year-old Veep star was accompanied at the event by her sister Phoebe Louis-Dreyfus and her 21-year-old son Charlie Hall, who is a basketball player at Northwestern University.

The award dinner honored Julia and the legacy of her father, William Louis-Dreyfus. Every dollar raised at the event will benefit the HCZ’s programs.

In case you missed it, Julia and Charlie also made an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers the evening before!

Julia Louis-Dreyfus has the fighting spirit, thanks to her amazing kids!

The Veep actress, who revealed that she was diagnosed with breast cancer back in September of 2017, posted an encouraging – and hilarious! – update on Thursday (January 11).

Julia‘s boys, Charlie Hall, 20, and Henry Hall, 25, made her an incredibly sweet, silly video for her last day of chemotherapy!

“My beauty boys @henryhallmusic @charlie_hall made this for me today, my last day of chemotherapy. Pretty swell, right? Ain’t they sweet?,” she wrote.

The video features the guys jamming out to Michael Jackson‘s “Beat It.” Too good!

The 56-year-old Veep star and her husband Brad Hall‘s son Charlie plays for Northwestern University’s basketball team. The duo was spotted attended Northwestern’s game against Gonzaga University on Saturday (March 18) in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus is one proud mom!

The 56-year-old Veep actress and her husband Brad Hall were spotted at the cheering on their son Charlie at his college basketball game on Thursday (March 9) in Washington, DC.

Charlie is currently a sophomore at Northwestern University, where his parents both attended school, and plays for the school’s basketball team which is currently in the Big Ten Tournament.

During Thursday’s game, Charlie helped his team defeat Rutgers University in a 83-61 victory.

When Charlie entered the game, excited parents Julia and Brad jumped up to cheer on their son.
