Charlie Puth is heating things up.

The 28-year-old Voicenotes star posted a hot shirtless TikTok on his page on Thursday night (September 24).

“My TikTok page is a balance of music education and this,” Charlie captioned the video, which featured him lip syncing along to the “No Guidance (Remix)” by Ayzha Nyree.

“He don’t want nobody else hittin’ it like that / Before I die, I’m tryna f–k you, baby,” he sings along.

Charlie‘s last album Voicenotes was released in 2018, and it seems like he’s been hard at work writing and recording new music while under quarantine.

A few weeks after releasing the song, Charlie dropped the music video for “Girlfriend,” which you can watch here.

If you didn’t know, the singer-songwriter recently dropped the video for “Girlfriend,” his first solo single of the year, and it’s super charming!

“I’ve never released a music video that wholeheartedly showed my personality. The video for ‘Girlfriend’ is the first time I’ve truly been myself in every aspect. I can’t cook and I’m an absolute nerd. It’s also meant to visually represent what I want people to do when they hear my music and that’s to have fun in their very own way,” he said of the video.

Charlie Puth called out BTS fans over the weekend for rude comments directed at him on TikTok.

Here’s how the controversy started: Some fans of the K-pop boy band accused him of trying to piggyback off the group’s popularity for his own gain on social media platforms.

After seeing the comments, Charlie went onto shut down toxic negativity.

“I don’t usually pay any mind to things like this, but something has to be said. This dangerous, toxic, internet screaming match between ‘fandoms’ has to stop,” Charlie wrote in a series of thoughtful tweets. “I’m 28 years old, so it doesn’t really mean anything to me when some person I don’t know writes a nasty message to me saying things like ‘I used BTS for clout.’ I don’t know what that means- I love those guys and they are super talented.”

During his series of tweets, one BTS fan apologized on behalf of the fandom, saying that those fans don’t reflect what the Army is about.

“ARMY please understand being rude is not the solution! I know we’re kinda hurt and confused but let’s stop spreading hatred! This looks so immature please let’s stop and move on. Let’s just focus on our favs instead of trying to drag him please,” they wrote.

The 28-year-old singer-songwriter just dropped his first solo song of 2020, “Girlfriend,” on Thursday (June 25).

“Baby would you ever want to be my girlfriend? / I don’t wanna play no games, this is more than just a phase,” he coos on the summery song.

“I am very bad at communicating, so most of the time, I just express my feelings in my music and ‘Girlfriend’ is an example of that. The song is about being persistent and letting someone know that your feelings for them aren’t going to just go away. But rather, they’re always going to be there, and you can’t sleep another night until you have that person by your side every day. But it’s really intense to say all that out loud, so I just put it in a song to make it a little easier for myself,” he explains of the track.

The song is also the lead single from Charlie‘s forthcoming third studio album.

The 28-year-old “Attention” singer posted a funny video on his Instagram on Thursday (June 18).

“Vape? No…jazz piano,” he says to the camera before making a dorky face and playing the instrument. If you didn’t know, the “Vape? No” meme is a funny TikTok trend where users pretend they’re vaping, only to reveal it’s actually an instrument or other object.

“I’m single if you’re wondering,” he hilariously captioned the post.

Fellow stars chimed in throughout the comments section, including Ryan Tedder, who wrote “YASSS.” Zach Braff also added a “🔥” emoji.
