Why Don’t We have been on the Jingle Ball tour since the start this year, with Niall and Charlie joining up just a few dates ago.

“I feel very fortunate to get to play with world class musicians almost everyday on stage,” Charlie shared on Twitter just after the show.

Charlie Puth is putting his own spin on Lizzo‘s hit song!

The 28-year-old singer/songwriter stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night (December 10) to play a round of “Musical Genre Challenge.”

During the game, the music generator randomly landed on Lizzo‘s song “Truth Hurts” with the Broadway genre. Charlie then started playing the song on his keyboard before slowing down the lyrics.

Charlie then gave “Truth Hurts” a Grease-like sound that turned it into a Broadway tune!

Afterwards, Charlie‘s rendition had Jimmy on his feet, proclaiming “I want to see that play. Lizzo are you watching? That was fantastic!”

Camila Cabello performs on stage during 106.1 KISS FM’s Jingle Ball 2019 held at Dickies Arena on Tuesday (December 3) in Dallas, Tex.

The 22-year-old “Liar” singer was joined at the second Jingle Ball Tour stop by Sam Smith, Lizzo, Charlie Puth and Why Don’t We.

The next morning, Charlie and Sam both shared the same photo of them together with cute captions.

Charlie simply captioned his with a heart, while Sam captioned theirs, “#justmarried @charlieputh”

Earlier in the week, Sam took the stage in Florida and performed their duet “Dancing With A Stranger” live for the first time with Normani.

Charlie Puth walks back to his waiting car after an early morning interview in New York City on Tuesday morning (November 5).

The 27-year-old stopped by a radio station to chat about his recent music.

In another recent interview with NEW 102.7, Charlie revealed the actual meaning behind one of his newest songs, “Mother”.

“I was kind of lying about what the true meaning of the song was, but I will say I was in an interesting position several years ago,” Charlie shared. “The song is about an outside perspective, people watching in on a relationship and not knowing that it’s secretly crumbling from the inside. It’s actually not working out, but from a distance, it looks great and flawless, but if your mom only knew that it wasn’t actually working out at all.”

He adds, “It actually started to change my personality too. But you have to learn from experiences like that to get to where you are now. But I’ve disguised it in a very happy sounding song.”

Charlie did apologize to fans for not telling the complete “truth about the meaning of the song. Whenever I write these things I get a little freaked out because usually someone gets tagged to the meaning of the song and I didn’t want it to be about that. But I’m thinking to myself, ‘why am I being like that? I literally wrote the song, I should be honest about what the meaning is.’”

Charlie Puth stops by The Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing on Monday (October 28), and gets a major surprise!

The 27-year-old singer talks to Ellen about his Friends fandom on the same day Jennifer Aniston is on the show, and reveals that he’s never actually met Aniston before.

Ellen then surprises Charlie by introducing him to Jennifer Aniston for the first time. “‘m dying right now. Are you gonna stay? You can stay. This is phenomenal,” Puth remarks, as Aniston sits on the arm of his chair right next to him.

“We would love for there to be something, but we don’t know what that something is. We’re working on something,” Jennifer says.

Later, Charlie hit the stage to perform his latest single “Mother” – Watch after the cut!
