Dr. Sheldon Cooper is about to meet Doc Brown!

Back to the Future‘s Christopher Lloyd is set to guest star in a mystery role in an upcoming episode of The Big Bang Theory, CBS announced Wednesday (November 9).

“We’re so excited to be working with Christopher, and think we’ve created a fun part that fans will really enjoy!” the series’ executive producers said in a statement.

It was also recently announced that a Big Bang Theory spinoff about a young Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons) is being developed for CBS.

The episode featuring Christopher will air on December 1!

Norman Reedus throws his hands up while greeting fans at the 2016 Wizard World Comic Con held at Donald E. Stephens Convention Center on Saturday (August 20) in Rosemont, Ill.

The 47-year-old actor was joined by Back to the Future‘s Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, and Lea Thompson, as well as The X Files stars Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny.

Julianna Margulies cozies up to hubby Keith Lieberthal while stepping out at the A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Cure Parkinson’s Gala held at The Waldorf Astoria on Saturday night (November 14) in New York City.

The 49-year-old actress stepped out to support her Good Wife co-star Michael J. Fox, whose foundation was running the benefit.

Also in attendance were Michael‘s wife Tracy Pollan, his Back to the Future co-star Christopher Lloyd (with wife Jane Walker Wood), as well as Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor, Katie Couric, and Denis Leary.

Back to the Future stars Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd get into costume as Marty McFly and Doc Brown in this hilarious sketch that aired on Wednesday (October 21) during Jimmy Kimmel Live!.

In the sketch, Marty and Doc travel to the REAL 2015 and let’s just say…they’re less than impressed.

After learning that there are no real flying cars and hoverboards, they seem perplexed. Jimmy then teaches them about selfies.

“If you don’t mind my asking, what the hell have you guys been doing for 30 years?” Marty asked, to which Jimmy responded that they invented a cronut.

Michael J. Fox makes his grand entrance at the special anniversary screening of his classic film Back To The Future held at AMC Loews Lincoln Square on Wednesday night (October 21) in New York City.

The 54-year-old actor was joined on the carpet by his wife, Tracy Pollan, as well as his co-stars Lea Thompson, Christopher Lloyd, and Huey Lewis.

In case you’re not familiar, this day celebrates the 1989 sequel where Marty McFly (Fox) travels to the “future” October 21st, 2015 to save his children.

Lea‘s actress daughter Zoey Deutch was also in attendance.

It seems like Back to the Future is back in the news a whole lot these days!

The movie’s stars Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd are starring in a new video for Toyota Mirai in which they discuss the predictions their film made for 2015. The full version of their video is going to be released on October 21.

“Over the years we’ve had a lot of fun predicting which Back to the Future fictional 2015 technology would arrive by the real year,” Michael said in a statement. “Now that we’re a week away, I think fans are going to have a good time with what Toyota sees as a true possibility for transportation. It’s actually really cool.”

One of the predictions that might come true is the Chicago Cubs winning the World Series. They are just one step away from landing in the series!

Universal Pictures Home Entertainment is celebrating the once-in-a-lifetime date by releasing three different sets on October 20 – Back to the Future 30th Anniversary Trilogy, Back to the Future: The Complete Animated Series, and Back to the Future: The Complete Adventures, which combines the previous two sets into one major package.
