Cindy McCain has made some comments about her daughter Meghan McCain that might surprise you!

The 67-year-old widow of Senator John McCain went on Andy Cohen‘s SiriusXM radio show this week and talked about her thoughts on Meghan‘s work on The View.

“Did you know that Meghan was such a tough cookie and a fighter? Because she gets into it with the other women. And what is your reaction when you’re watching?” Andy said while comparing the talk show to the Real Housewives.

Cindy McCain Remembers Late Husband John McCain on What Would Have Been Their 40th Wedding Anniversary

Cindy McCain is remembering her late husband, John McCain.

The 65-year-old wife of the late Arizona senator, who died in 2018 after a battle with cancer, posted a tribute on Sunday (May 17).

“Today would have been been our 40th wedding anniversary. John I hope you know how much I miss you. Everyday we had together was such a gift. Although my heart is still broken into a million pieces, I’m trying to stay strong for the children, the grandchildren and the country. The sun is shining today, the grass is green and the birds are singing here in our beloved Hidden Valley. Somehow I think you know that though. I love you very much! Happy Anniversary my love,” she captioned the heartfelt post.

Senator John McCain‘s wife has broken her silence after the passing of her husband.

Cindy McCain took to Twitter on Saturday (August 25) to remember her husband after news broke that John passed away after a battle with cancer.

“My heart is broken. I am so lucky to have lived the adventure of loving this incredible man for 38 years,” Cindy tweeted. “He passed the way he lived, on his own terms, surrounded by the people he loved, in the the place he loved best.”

and John married back in 1980 and share four children.
