Jake Gyllenhaal, Zendaya, and Tom Holland, are talking Spider-Man: Far from Home and the Avengers: Endgame funeral scene!

The co-stars stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! to promote their new film on Thursday (May 9) in Hollywood.

They were also joined by castmates Cobie Smulders and Jacob Batalon.

The group revealed that they were given redacted scripts on set, as Far from Home‘s release date comes after Endgame.

“It’s kind of hard to learn your lines when you can’t see them,” Zendaya said, and Tom added that he was even told the Endgame funeral scene was a wedding!

The 29-year-old Crazy Rich Asians actress and the 37-year-old Avengers star teamed up for the event held on Tuesday (April 30) in Pacific Palisades, Calif.

Awkwafina rocked a plaid jacket with rhinestone details, while Cobie sported a black dress with a colorful floral print.

They were joined by Lethal Weapon‘s Jordana Brewster and Homeland‘s Nazanin Boniadi.

“Had so much fun at @veronicabeard ‘s opening at Palisades Village!” Awkwafina shared on Instagram. “Met some amazing people and got to support one of my favorite designers.”

Cobie Smulders and Linda Cardellini strike a pose on the purple carpet while at the Avengers: Endgame world premiere held at the Los Angeles Convention Center on Monday (April 22) in Los Angeles.

The 37-year-old actress, who is best known for playing Maria Hill in the franchise, was joined at the event by her husband Taran Killam while Linda, 43, stepped out solo – she plays Laura Barton, the wife of Jeremy Renner‘s character Hawkeye.

Avengers: Endgame stars Sean Gunn and his fiance Natasha Halevi, Emma Fuhrmann, Frank Grillo and Kerry Condon also stepped out, as well as Ant-Man and the Wasp‘s Laurence Fishburne, Avengers: Infinity War‘s Ross Marquand, Ant-Man‘s David Dastmalchian, Thor: Ragnarok‘s Taika Waititi and Spider-Man: Far from Home‘s Tony Revolori.

Married couple Cobie Smulders and Taran Killam will guest star on Arrested Development‘s fifth season together!

The couple will play younger versions of Lucille and George Sr., played in the present day by Jessica Walter and Jeffrey Tambor. This concept may sound familiar – in season four, Lucille and George Sr.’s younger versions were played by Kristin Wiig and Seth Rogen!

EW is reporting that it’ll be a multi-episode arc for Colbie and Taran, though it’s unclear what the circumstances will be surrounding the appearance.
