Daniel Radcliffe is doing a radio show run!

The 29-year-old Harry Potter actor visited Absolute Radio and Magic Radio on Thursday (April 25) in London, United Kingdom.

Daniel posed with Richie Firth and Andy Bush at Absolute Radio, and chatted with Emma B at Magic Radio.

He currently stars as Craig in Miracle Workers, a comedy set in the offices of Heaven Inc. When God plans to destroy the Earth, two low-level angels must convince their boss to save humanity. They bet him they can pull off their most impossible miracle yet: help two humans fall in love.

Daniel Radcliffe is greeted by hoards of fans as he leaves the Soho Hotel on Wednesday night (April 24) in London, England.

The 29-year-old Miracle Workers actor kept thins low key in a black baseball hat, black bomber jacket, and jeans as he signed autographs and took pictures with fans before continuing on with his night.

Last month Daniel began production on his new thriller Escape from Pretoria in Australia.

Based on an extraordinary true story, Escape From Pretoria follows two white South African twenty-somethings who were branded ‘terrorists’ and imprisoned in 1978 for their involvement in covert anti-apartheid operations for the ANC (African National Congress).”

Anne Hathaway and Rebel Wilson hit the couch alongside Jodie Comer and Daniel Radcliffe as they film their appearance on The Graham Norton Show, airing tonight (April 19)!

While on the show, the 36-year-old Oscar-winning actress admits she only learned she would have to use a British accent in her new film The Hustle a week before shooting.

“I found out I had to do it a week before we started shooting. I thought if I didn’t do it, it wouldn’t make a difference, but the director insisted,” Anne reveals. “I’ve done it before and it hasn’t always gone well, and it is so stressful to see someone struggle through an accent, so I got a dialect coach and made the best of it.”

Rebel, who is also the film’s producer, joks that she had no challenges: “As the producer, I gave her all the accents and I was cast as Australian, so I did no prep!”

It’s been almost 20 years since the first Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, hit theaters.

Despite this, we’re pretty sure all of us can still remember the magical feeling that those first music notes brought us as the lights went down.

Daniel Radcliffe has started production on his new thriller film Escape from Pretoria!

The 29-year-old Miracle Workers actor looked almost unrecognizable while shooting on Wednesday (March 13) in Adelaide, Australia.

The city was transformed to look like 1970s South Africa, and Daniel filmed scenes in which he hid from law enforcement and went through garbage.

In the true-life prison story, Daniel and Australian actor Daniel Webber play political prisoners and freedom fighters Tim Jenkin and Stephen Lee. UK actor Ian Hart, Mark Leonard Winter and Nathan Page also star.

Here’s the synopsis: “Based on an extraordinary true story, Escape From Pretoria follows Jenkin and Lee, two white South African twenty-somethings who were branded ‘terrorists’ and imprisoned in 1978 for their involvement in covert anti-apartheid operations for the ANC (African National Congress).”

“Incarcerated in Pretoria Maximum Security Prison, Jenkin and Lee – joined by a fellow inmate – decide to send the regime a clear message and escape. After months of meticulous surveillance, breath-taking ingenuity, and in a race against time as the authorities strengthen the prison security defenses, the group craft wooden keys for each of the ten steel doors between them and freedom.”

Francis Annan makes his feature film directorial debut from the screenplay he co-penned with LH Adams, based on Tim’s autobiography “Inside Out: Escape from Pretoria Prison.”

Daniel Radcliffe admitted in a new interview that he used to get “very drunk” to deal with the fame that came with playing Harry Potter in the franchise films.

“There is an awareness that I really struggled with particularly in my late teens when I was going out to places for the first time where you would feel…again it could have largely been in my head but…you would feel watched when you went into a bar, when you went into a pub. Then, in my case, the quickest way of forgetting about the fact that you were being watched was to get very drunk and then as you get very drunk, you become aware that, oh people are watching more now because now I’m getting very drunk, so I should probably drink more to ignore that more,” Daniel explained while making an appearance on Off Camera with Sam Jones.

“Part of the thing is the expectation that you should just be delighted all the time,” Daniel continued. “You have a great job, you’re wealthy, you don’t have a right to not be excited about the thing all the time. I think that’s a pressure as well. You suddenly start to feel, ‘Man, if I am just feeling some human emotion of sadness, does that mean I’m doing this wrong? Am I not good at being famous?’“

About finally making a change, he admitted, “I have been unbelievably lucky with the people I had around me at certain times in my life. I met some really key people, some actors some of them not, who just gave me great advice and really cared for me. Ultimately it was just my own decision. I woke up one morning after a night, going, ‘This is probably not good.’ “

Daniel Radcliffe hit Busy Philipps‘ couch on Busy Tonight on Monday (February 11) and gave an explanation as to why he isn’t on any social media.

“I don’t not like it, but I’d be crap on it,” the 29-year-old actor expressed. “I would get into fights. I don’t have the mental fortitude for the internet.”

“I worry that like I wouldn’t, I wouldn’t be rigorous enough to like actually do it myself, then it would become somebody else’s responsibility, and then any kind of actual authenticity would seem lost for that,” Daniel continued. “I’ve never quite been comfortable with it.”
